MY HEART IS SHATTERED NO WORDS CAN DESCRIBE THIS — RIP LITTLE PRINCE. I PRAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE IN HEAVEN 😭💔💔
So would you allow that same misbehaving child in your home to celebrate your child’s bday and they start tearing everything up? Would you still give them cake and let them participate?

it’s sad because the dad said that just 3 days before his son was killed, the principal suspended the boys who were bullying him and assured him that everything was fine. they severely downplayed the situation.
A lot of people don’t want to pass in front of their loved ones and will go the moment you step away. It’s so sad how long they’ll try to hold out as long as you’re there

Want to hear something that might blow your mind? Public schools are required to report child sex abuse, but religious organizations and religious schools are legally exempt from reporting because of the clergy-penitent confession loophole, in 33 states.
#BREAKING— #Texas A student walked into the principal’s office and reported a teacher for alleged sexual misconduct involving multiple girls.
Days later that student was dead by suicide.
Police found the audio recording of the conversation on his phone.
The principal is now in jail charged with a felony for failing to report it—with intent to conceal.
Here’s what actually happened in Leonard ISD.
Leonard High School Principal #JansenTrotter, 41, was arrested Tuesday and booked into Fannin County Jail on a state jail felony: failure to report with intent to conceal under Texas Senate Bill 571.
Under the 2025 law, a principal must report to the superintendent within 48 hours of becoming aware of evidence that an employee abused a student or engaged in a romantic/sexual relationship with one. Failing to do so with intent to conceal is a crime.
According to police and reporting, the male student’s parents discovered the recording after his death earlier this month.
In it he (student) told Jansen Trotter about the alleged misconduct by a teacher. The principal later denied knowing about the allegations until he was confronted with the recording.
The longtime band director, #ScottJohnson, 59, is under investigation by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and has been on administrative leave.
Jansen Trotter, hired as principal at the start of this school year (previously an assistant principal in Sherman ISD), has also been placed on leave. The TEA is reviewing his certificate.
This is not a one-off. In the last fiscal year the TEA opened 283 investigations into administrators failing to report misconduct—an average of 24 a month. That number is already rising rapidly! How is this even possible?
The law was written to close “pass the trash” loopholes. In this case a student came forward, documented it, and still the system appears to have failed him before he died.
Parents: if a principal can hear this, deny it, and face only a state jail felony, what does that say about student safety in your district?
