This is a fact. No matter where I travel, I always stop at Texas Roadhouse. It’s always good and the price is unbeatable.

A husband and wife with four kids will spend $3-4,000 and more per month on medical insurance now, and it buys nothing but the right to pay more when you actually use it. This is an outrage. More outrageous, there is hardly any political talk about this fixing this problem even though the fix is readily at hand. Unsustainable.
Saving Bolsonaro from the inevitable was a phenomenal move and @SecRubio should be applauded.
Now, if we had foreign policy that made any sense at all, the US would be enforcing the Marshall Plan against Brazil instead of adventuring in Iran.
As I reported hours ago, Flávio Bolsonaro has arrived safely in United States.
The mastermind behind this operation is U.S. Secretary of State @SecRubio .
From the United States, free and safe, Flávio will lead the opposition against Lula.
I know what the boys and I are doing for Thanksgiving.
We've all experienced that moment when someone says something so outrageously stupid that even the jockiest guy you know is baffled by the sheer idiocy of it. Usually, it just isn't recorded.

The Gospel is for all people ≠ America is for all people.
The Gospel is for all people ≠ any nation is for all people.
The universality of the Gospel does not require the universality of national membership.

It is not true, no matter how many times the lie is repeated. And the arguments for it are pure sophistry, as I showed in this article: edwardfeser.blogspot.com/202…

Watching Charlie Kirk get murdered on a livestream and then watching left-wingers celebrate the murder was infinitely worse than your friend getting deported for being in the U.S. illegally.
Maybe take a deep breath and calm down. It’s nice that you care about your friends and want to take care of them, but the constant emotional crashouts are embarrassing.
And for someone who claims that the mere concept of the friend-enemy distinction in politics is evil and Nazi-esque, you sure do spend a lot of time carving out legal exceptions for your friends, spreading false information on their behalf, and smearing anyone who disagrees with you as worse than Hitler.
That doesn’t make you evil, but it does make you a hypocrite and an emotionally incontinent mess who maybe should consider taking a break from the Internet for a while.
Replying to @JoelWBerry
This has been probably the darkest 24 hours I’ve ever experienced on social media in my life. The things being said about Samuel, his wife, and his small children are unthinkably evil. There is a segment of the so-called “Christian” nationalist crowd that has given itself completely over to Satan. I’ve never had more resolve to defeat these subversive demons invading the Right and invading Christianity.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Joel Berry has promoted deportation of illegal immigrants that he doesn’t know. Suddenly he opposes it in this case since he’s sympathetic to the person who’s being deported. This is inconsistent.

The American response to the Afghan's inhuman acts against children should have been the same as General Sir Charles James Napier (1782–1853), colonial administrator over India, when the Indians attempted to practice sati by burning widows on a funeral pyre:
"Be it so. This burning of widows is your custom; prepare the funeral pile. But my nation has also a custom. When men burn women alive, we hang them, and confiscate all their property. My carpenters shall therefore erect gibbets on which to hang all concerned when the widow is consumed. Let us all act according to national customs."
Story time:
I was the Special Victims Prosecutor at Fort Knox, Ky during the Biden administration. Fort Knox was originally on the short list to house potentially thousands of Afghan refugees.
In preparation for this mission, we were given a brief and told that "Sexual Assault is part of their culture" and that we could not judge their culture. Therefore, we were not permitted to prosecute sexual assault crimes against Afghan refugees.
Imagine my shock when my literal job was to lead the prosecution team that specialized in these cases. Luckily, the refugees were sent somewhere else, where I assume they got the same brief we did.
One thing most people do not realize is that Saddam protected the 1.5M+ Christian population living North of Baghdad.
Turns out, Christians are incredibly peaceful when you leave them alone. They're also great citizens and served as a buffer between the Ba'athists and factions in Northern Iraq.
US intervention destroyed that historic Christian community. The US provided them no protection and ISIS wreaked havoc on them. You can guess who these Christians turned to when the US betrayed and then abandoned them.
This is an idiotic take.
What’s about to happen is not a rebuke of a niche terminally online group.
It’s a rebuke of Trump’s unnecessary Iran war, the economic disaster that followed, and 2 years of betraying the 2024 Trump coalition.
One of the greatest economic disasters of my lifetime.
Barack Obama was horrible in a million different ways, but he doesn’t get anywhere near the hate he deserves for destroying the used car market for an entire generation.
15-year-old cars with 150,000 miles that should be selling for $3,000 are going for $15,000. It’s abominable. Pure destruction and thievery.

Being a Christian is not a global passport.
No one has the right to come to the United States (or any other country) simply because they believe in Jesus.

That is because he betrayed his 2024 base; sold out to corporate interests; sacrificed the DOGE/MAHA coalition; started a new, unprovoked, and unnecessary war in Iran, leading to rampant inflation and an energy crisis; and the only major legislation passed was Biden's BBB.
I love @SECShorts so much

For me, it’s pretty simple. Set aside all of the reformed far right nationalism black/white nonsense. A man professing to be a Christian was actively breaking the law in a country in which he was residing and now has suffered the consequences of that. Sin has repercussions as does breaking the law.
