The only actual problem with the Mass Effect story is that Harbinger and Sovereign have the wrong names, they should swap
Why is anyone shocked I can lat raise quite a bit.
Having massive shoulders for no reason is like a defining part of my physique. 😭

I love when a workout is really fucking hard but you can actively notice and feel your progress

Tbh, for isolation exercises like laterals I don't think it matters to track them super close. The progress is so slow and so small it's more about just giving it consistent stimulus. If your overhead pressing is also getting stronger both lateral and anterior delts are too.
I keep going back and forth on if I should share my weight cut when I get back in December.
My cut calories are 1900-2100 so it shouldn’t be triggering for anyone? But don’t want to post anything anyone will model for everyday eating. 🤔

If sleeping weren't something everyone has to do it would be banned from sports as a performance enhancing drug.

imagine youre 12 yrs old on a mattress with 8 other kids on the floor like a dog, the youngest pisses the bed at night and your carpenter dad won’t even build you a bed frame. Your parents announce they’re having another kid. You have to live another day because suicide is a sin

You can do all that on a shoestring budget. This might shock you to find out. My one of my friends grew up in a family of 11 where they shared mattresses on the floor and with a SAHM while the dad was a carpenter. They’re all happy Christians marrying and having their own kids now
