Urban India is not suffering because citizens lack civic sense, but because those who have it often remain silent. Let’s speak up and call out those who spit gutkha on newly painted dividers, throw garbage in the open, and dirty public spaces. Let’s take ownership of our cities, act responsibly, and hold others accountable.

Buses are a menace in Bengaluru
Hello,
Thanks for the good work you’re doing.
As a resident of East Bengaluru, commuting daily from Mahadevapura to Bellandur has become a nightmare. Construction dust, uneven lanes — it’s hell for two-wheeler riders.
Buses are a menace. No lane discipline. They overtake dangerously, block center lanes, and swerve unpredictably. I’ve had multiple near misses in the past few months.
I’m working hard, paying 20L+ in taxes — and this is what I get? Substandard infrastructure and a painful commute?
Uneven lane widths, rash auto drivers, heavy vehicles ignoring lanes — it’s unsafe out there. Especially for two-wheeler riders trying to reduce traffic and pollution.
Thousands face this daily. Sharing pics from Wednesday showing how buses choke Outer Ring Road during peak hours.
This needs attention.

These people are such idiots. We had a great time during our weekend in Vermont. We barely noticed the protesters and almost everyone we met was kind and generous. And Vermont is beautiful.
This headline about being moved to an “undisclosed location” is that we moved our hotel so the kids could have more privacy. We didn’t disclose it because the secret service doesn’t like when we advertise my location.

Cannot we even keep our streets clean? @rk_misra @krishnabgowda @DKShivakumar @BBMPCOMM @BBMPAdmn There is no point abusing me, the Truth remains!

We will tell you why this happens.
All @blrcitytraffic cares about is movement. They want to see the vehicles moving. Even if it is slow.
Pedestrian crossing, wrong side driving, blocking of the road by someone, buses stopping at the intersection, illegal parking causing the road width being constricted - none of it is important as long as the traffic moves.
Thats why there is no action.
Auto drivers know this too. They are the biggest culprits when it comes to poor road etiquette. Wrong side driving, u-turns, cutting in front of someone, parking in the wrong place. Why will they change behaviour, when the Traffic Police had rather look the other way. Traffic is moving right.
Even in the video below, the traffic is moving, around the stalled vehicles.
Action will be taken now, as it is highlighted on social media. That the BLR Police cares about. Very much. #smallmercies

A whopping ₹1,61,000.00 traffic fine imposed on a two wheeler in Bengaluru, yet the two wheeler roams freely on the road 🤷♂️

First the rich people who have fancy cars, should stop parking on footpaths. The Govt should start that drive first. Crores spent to make foothpaths so that residents can park their cars? People have lakhs of rupees to spend on cars, but no money to spend on building their own garages. This is all over Bengaluru, it causes congestion on main roads and inconvenience to pedestrians. This is today's picture, many cars parked all over the foothpaths

This is the condition across Bangalore. Half of the so-called roads in the city are covered with dust, garbage, construction materials and encroachment. When traffic piles on, our great @BBMPCOMM decides to build another road on the top instead of cleaning the debris. That's the modus operandi

Minister @DKShivakumar cannot the streets and footpaths at least be cleaned to allow citizens to walk? Does this take much money?you are diverting our taxes to your freebies but cannot you ensure streets are cleaned.
