This plot which builder Supertech wanted seperate from Capetown to sell to some other builder should be acquired back by Noida authority and given to some other developer. This will ensure faster development and safety of residents as well as recovery of Noida dues.
@CeoNoida @dmgbnagar @Supertechltd These ruins are now the base of poisonous snakes and other dangerous insects. Which is located inside the campus of Cape Town Sector 74 and because of this, there is a threat to the life of 25k people living in CT. Adm. intervention is needed.
Supertech Capetown don’t have water since morning
Nor any plan of action or back up by the builder

It's true they charge a lot but when it comes to giving facility or any help they don't pic the call too.
Common area lights are being placed on the demand of residents,soft floor matting is done for the kids play area by the AOA and building paint will soon begin for the #CAPETOWN. BUT #BIGGER_ISSUES are still PENDING, which can only COME with UNITY leaving groupism aside @7xNoida
