About to start a solo run on THE FORGOTTEN AGE in ARKHAM HORROR: LCG. Never played it.
Starting with the “Return to…” because I heard it was recommended.
But I’m also doing true solo with my first-ever Mystic deck (Luke), which is NOT recommended. 🤷🏻♀️

And also, this was wholly satisfying. Same game, except zero frustration trying to identify each piece every time I needed to. Didn’t miss the pieces one whit.
I like chunky plastic armies as much as the next guy. But I have downgraded my copy of WAR OF THE RING, and it makes 1000x sense to my eyeballs this way.
I have what one might call an excess of board/card games.
Anyone know of an organization in Los Angeles that could put a donation of a lot of games to good use?
