Indeed! Led a fantastic class today on Interpersonal Skills. Often supervisors don’t value this vital talent, but wise leaders know EI and interpersonal skills produce valuable long-term results.
LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner says there is a a significant skills gap between the skill sets of today’s top talent and the skill sets companies are seeking.
He says the biggest imbalance is “interpersonal skills."
