When I moved in with an ex, I lost access to means-tested benefits because of their income. I lost financial independence & they bore the unfair burden of filling the gap. It made it impossible to leave. This is still happening, so I wrote about it - #RightToLove ⬇️
But I am saying - no, begging you - you check in with friends, relatives, neighbours and even online acquaintances to make sure they’re ok. Have they got food, water, medication, shelter? Can they be made more comfortable or moved to safety? (Cont)
