$SMCI delivered massive earnings, but can it escape the AI selloff?
Q1 FY2027 EARNINGS:
▶️ Revenue: $19.9B (+298% YoY)
▶️ Adjusted EPS: $1.81
▶️ Gross margin: 12.7%
▶️ Q2 revenue guidance: $19.5B–$21.5B
▶️ FY2027 revenue outlook: $72B–$82B
Despite these impressive results, the stock continues to struggle.
What makes $SMCI particularly interesting is its valuation. Trading at roughly 5.7x forward earnings, it's one of the cheaper names exposed to AI infrastructure spending.
That's attractive in a sector facing significant selling pressure, although declining margins and weak cash flow remain concerns.
THE CHART
Price is currently testing the yearly open around $29.60, but I'm particularly interested in the $25 support level that buyers have defended repeatedly.
I still expect further downside toward that area, especially if the broader AI infrastructure selloff continues.
However, given the valuation and historical buying interest around $25, I favor a bounce if we revisit that level.
That doesn't mean I'm expecting a full trend reversal. The broader structure remains bearish, and I'd want to see buyers actually step in before getting too confident.
Strong earnings, low valuation, weak chart. I'm watching $25 for a potential opportunity.
$SPCX is testing the $130 zone I flagged on Monday, and I like the reaction so far 👀
Buyers defended this area twice in August. I’m leaning toward another bounce here.
$SPCX beat on revenue and earnings, traded above $160, and is now cheaper than it was 2 months ago.
What caught my eye: revenue grew 161%, and operating profit in the division that includes Starlink nearly doubled. Yet buyers couldn’t even hold the $150 yearly open.
Now we’re back near $130, where buyers stepped in twice in August.
I like the setup for a bounce here. What would get me more bullish is seeing buyers turn $150 back into support.

$NBIS I will be steering clear of most big & trendy names like this one.
But if I get a great RR opportunity along with the necessary confirmations I will take it.
Could see this happen cleanly. But not counting on it with earnings coming up.
$NDX printing a monster reversal candle right at the 200D SMA.
Buyers are stepping in aggressively, but with midterm election volatility in full swing, the question is whether they can hold this level into the close.
Crucial session for the Nasdaq 100.
$IONQ
Finally got that deeper test of $28 I have been talking about for a while now.
Looks promising so far 👀
$GRAB just posted its first $1B revenue quarter.
▶️ Revenue grew 27% YoY to $1.11B, ahead of the $1.07B expected.
▶️ Adjusted EBITDA grew 73% to $237M. For the first time, all three core businesses were profitable on that basis.
▶️ Adjusted free cash flow reached $286M, up $83M YoY.
Management also raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance from $720–740M to $790–800M.
Going into earnings, I expected $2.70 to break. But buyers had all the reasons to defend it and pushed $GRAB back above $3 after the report.
Looking for $GRAB to start building now!
$ORCL approaching a very interesting level.
After months of relentless selling, Oracle is back at a major weekly support zone around $120, an area that has repeatedly attracted buyers over the past few years.
The fundamental picture is getting interesting as well.
$ORCL is targeting over $30B in free cash flow by FY2029, but its massive AI infrastructure investments are putting increasing pressure on the balance sheet, with another $20B in financing planned.
Despite these concerns, I'm leaning bullish on a potential bounce from this historical support zone, with $170 as my first major upside level.
The question is whether buyers see an opportunity here or whether the financing concerns will continue to outweigh the long-term potential.
$CRDO trading around $150, while Wall Street's lowest analyst target sits at $235.
That's +56% upside even in the bearish scenario, with consensus pointing to $284 (+88%).
Are analysts too optimistic, or is the market overlooking an opportunity here?
$CRDO down roughly 21% in October, and we're right back at that crucial $150 support zone.
A level buyers have defended repeatedly throughout the year, now being tested for the fourth time.
With the Yearly Open sitting right underneath, there's a lot riding on this area.
Do you believe $CRDO can hold this crucial level?
$RDW is sitting right at its yearly open, a level buyers have defended repeatedly throughout 2026.
The July bounce took us toward $14 before getting rejected. Another rejection around $12 sent price right back toward the YO.
Now, with earnings this Wednesday, we're testing that same level again.
I favor another recovery toward $12 as long as the YO holds. Lose it, and I expect further downside.
Can earnings finally give buyers the upper hand?
$AMZN testing its Yearly Open after a sharp post-earnings selloff, with buyers stepping in aggressively.
A few important takeaways from earnings:
✅ Revenue: $201.9B (+12% YoY)
✅ AWS: $46B (+39% YoY)
✅ Operating income: $28.1B
❌ Free cash flow: -$42.4B (TTM)
Amazon's aggressive AI spending remains a concern, with investors questioning how quickly these enormous investments will translate into stronger free cash flow.
But there's a compelling bullish argument here.
AWS just recorded its sixth consecutive quarter of accelerating growth, its backlog reached $578B, and operating income surged 55% YoY.
While AI spending continues to raise concerns, AWS is accelerating at its fastest pace in nearly five years, with profitability growing even faster than revenue.
That gives buyers a strong fundamental argument despite broader AI sector weakness.
For now, I'm watching whether buyers can defend the YO around $232. A successful hold would put the recent highs back in focus.

The gap to analyst targets caught my attention, so I took a closer look at $GRAB.
My takeaway: I expect a better entry lower down.
$GRAB is down roughly 46% this year and testing $2.70 support ahead of earnings on November 2.
The business is growing, but higher incentives, weaker quarterly cash generation and acquisition spending give investors reasons to question that growth.
My view: $2.70 breaks, with $2.30 next.
Buyers failed to sustain the recovery above $3, and the weekly structure still favours sellers. Historical support alone isn’t enough for me to call a bottom.
A weekly reclaim of $3 followed by a successful retest would prove my bearish read wrong.
Heading into earnings, I’m siding with lower prices. I’ll revisit this after the report to see where the company stands and whether the results change my outlook.
$GRAB at $2.75, while the analyst consensus shown sits at $6.
That’s 118% potential upside. Even the lowest target of $4 sits around 45% above the share price.
Targets aren’t guarantees, but that’s a gap worth looking into.

$CRDO
As much as I don't like seeing a fourth retest of this $150 support zone, buyers are giving us a bullish reaction nonetheless.
The risk/reward at these levels remains attractive, especially with the yearly open sitting right around $150.
And with signs of life returning to the AI trade, this could become a very interesting bounce to watch.
Still not a fan of the bigger picture with those lower highs, but you can't ignore buyers stepping in at such an important level.

$MRVL
A brilliant acquisition or an expensive mistake?
Marvell is reportedly close to acquiring Lumentum ($LITE), and the market is being cautious.
The strategic logic is certainly there.
Lumentum supplies critical optical components used in AI data centers. An acquisition could strengthen Marvell's position in AI infrastructure, secure important components and expand its optical networking business.
BUT THERE IS A CATCH.
A strategically attractive acquisition doesn't necessarily mean it's a good deal for shareholders.
Lumentum has already experienced an enormous rally, and acquiring the company could require substantial financing.
THAT RAISES SOME IMPORTANT QUESTIONS:
How much of a premium will Marvell pay?
Will shareholders face significant dilution?
How much debt would the company need to take on?
Can the long-term benefits justify the acquisition price?
The market's initial reaction suggests investors are taking these risks seriously.
NOW LOOK AT THE CHART
$MRVL is approaching the $205 support zone, an area where buyers have repeatedly stepped in over the past few months.
This is where things get interesting.
We have a historically important demand zone being approached during a period of significant fundamental uncertainty.
A successful defense of $205 could open the door for a recovery toward $$250.
But if buyers fail to show up, the $180 support zone becomes particularly interesting, especially with the 200-day SMA at that area.
And with a potential deal announcement reportedly coming as soon as next week, the timing couldn't be more interesting.
The question isn't just whether $205 will hold.
It's whether investors will see this selloff as an opportunity or whether the potential cost of the acquisition will keep buyers on the sidelines.

$UBER Multi-year trendline failed on rising volume.
But this could be the most bullish signal for this stock.
IF we see a reclaim of the trendline which aligns importantly with a clear liquidity level - It would be a gift.
$64 is an important reaction level and with earnings coming up, anything can happen, very quickly.
Big news for $ORCL.
Oracle expects to turn free cash flow positive in the second half of FY2028, targeting over $30 BILLION in FY2029.
A very encouraging development considering the concerns surrounding its massive AI infrastructure spending.
The stock jumped as much as 13% on today's investor day announcements, yet remains down 26% YTD.
$ORCL holders are for sure having a blast today!
$ORCL TO THE MOON 🚨
Investor day just delivered BULLISH news for investors:
• Capital spending to peak in FY2027-FY2028
• Positive FCF in second half of FY2028
We are finally seeing spending reductions for the future and the street is LOVING it.
Your reminder that $INTC is bouncing off the $86 support zone, right where the rising 200D SMA comes into play.
A pretty attractive setup at these levels IMO.
Now looking for buyers to build on this reaction.
