I read The Silverblood Promise by James Logan about two years ago & thoroughly enjoyed it. I finally started listening to the audiobook for The Blackfire Blade and so far it has been excellent! I also really appreciate when authors include a recap of the previous book. It helps!

Holy cow, @TheKJA's crowdfunded project to put the Saga of Seven Suns back into print, including deluxe editions, is a BLOCKBUSTER.
I expected nothing less from this award-winning, multiple-times-bestselling writer and bighearted writing teacher, but it's great to see.

Just finished “Return of the Griffin” by JCM Berne, the second book in the Hybrid Helix series. Another fantastic Sci-Fi super hero adventure. Berne’s humor, characters, and worldbuilding continue to be excellent! Great for fans of James Gunn’s Superman (2025). 9 out of 10.

Just finished “Ashes of Man” by Christopher Ruocchio. Another fantastic story. I will say the middle dragged a bit, but the first and third acts were utterly magnificent! Ruocchio absolutely messes with your heart here.
Overall, a 9.5 out of 10!

The Hybrid Helix:
Rohan lives on a sentient space station, punches spaceships, makes friends, drinks coffee, and really tries to cut back on murdering.
Way back.
Sometimes, though. . .
Action, adventure, humor, a touch of romance, quite a bit of drinking and eating.
