"For our wrestling is not against blood and flesh but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenlies." (Ephesians 6:12)
We must remember this and put on the Whole Armor of God.

LOURO

Lisa Whelchel was raised in Littlefield, Texas. At age twelve she wrote a letter to Disney requesting a Mouseketeer audition; she received one and moved to California.
In her teens she was cast as Blair Warner on the NBC sitcom The Facts of Life, which ran for nine seasons and made her a familiar face in American households.
During the series, producers planned an episode in which Blair would become the first of the four main girls to lose her virginity.
Whelchel refused the storyline and asked to be written out of the episode. The decision cost her $50,000. The plot was reassigned to another character.
In 1984, while the show was still airing, she released a Christian music album that earned a Grammy nomination.
After The Facts of Life ended in 1988 she largely stepped away from acting.
She married a pastor, had three children, homeschooled them, started a Christian support ministry, and wrote books on parenting and faith.
She later declined the role of Rachel Green on Friends; the part went to Jennifer Aniston. Years afterward her daughter jokingly asked whether Brad Pitt might have been her father. Whelchel replied that she had no regrets.
In 2012, nearly fifty and recently divorced, she joined the cast of Survivor: Philippines. Viewers expected a short run; instead she reached the final tribal council, tied for second place, and won the fan-favorite award, collecting an extra $100,000.
The appearance reintroduced her to a new audience while remaining consistent with the values that had guided her earlier choices. ❤️

I have been asked about what is the Marine Corps doing about the Iwo Jima monument that was destroyed by the illegal at Quantico
This monument was built with private funds, so there will be no government funds to repair it.
In cooperation with the Base Commander and Marine Corps Headquarters, the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation has launched a fundraising campaign to support the restoration of the monument. Their goal is to start restoration efforts as soon as possible.
I’m sharing this for all my Marine Corps, brothers and sisters who might want to help rebuild this monument and for any other American who would like to see it rebuilt.

I don’t know if you all have heard about what happened to a Catholic priest in Ecuador on Saturday, but this story really makes you think.
Father Patricio Sánchez, 53, was celebrating Mass in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and the service was being livestreamed.
During his sermon, he spoke about how precious life is, how important it is to make time for God and the people we love, and how none of us knows how much time we have left.
Just minutes later, a large wooden crucifix mounted on the wall behind him suddenly came loose and fell, striking him in the head. He collapsed in front of his congregation and died that evening.
Think about that. This priest had just been reminding people not to waste the time they’ve been given, and within minutes, his own life was over.
I don’t know what could bring that message home more powerfully.
We all think we have tomorrow, but the truth is, none of us is promised another day.
Had you heard about this?

Please pray for Shaun. He lost his wife and two daughters in a car crash. No words can express the pain Shaun must feel. Only God is big enough to impact the pain and loss. Pray for Shaun, and all those feeling the loss, to be comforted and wrapped in God's love. Thank you.
