1st image is PCs summary of the risk assessment from the PSNI.
2nd image is the same from the determination in July.
What changed in the meantime? Why did @PoliceServiceNI change risk assessment so radically?

ALT Actor Charlotte McCurry sits on a single bed. She's playing Bernie Livingstone in the one-woman play Julie. There's a large doll lying on the bed. A pink lamp sits on top of a dark wood bedside table. Net curtains cover a window on the wall behind.

A privilege to watch this play last night. We laughed and we cried, a lot.
Her family will ensure she is never forgotten. Julie ❤️ Livingstone.

It has been an honour to be part of the post show conversations after showings of “Julie”, produced by .@KaboshTheatre and written and performed by .@CharlieMcCurry
Tonight we were in Bellaghy. The family of Seán Brown were in the audience. Julie Livingstone was murdered on 12/05/81 and Sean Brown was murdered on 12/05/97.
The themes of trauma, compassion, state impunity and family dignity reached across these exceptional families’ experiences
