We are going to replace the Deep State.
One staffer at a time.
“A few thousand experienced and competent staffers are the bedrock of any political movement.”
Ten years ago, MAGA had no one in Washington D.C. except President Trump. Today, there are thousands. Ten years from now there will be thousands more. Will you be one of them?

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan .
You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.
What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027.
Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic.
The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change.
Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.
We have got to come to our senses about this network of Islamic and Communist Leftism destroying our societies. These networks must be destroyed root and stem.
CHAOS INC: A Fox News Digital investigation by @FoxNews Digital's senior editor of investigations @AsraNomani has identified 54 organizations behind France's escalating protests — a sprawling network of communist parties, revolutionary socialist groups, labor unions, Palestine-solidarity organizations and international media outlets working to transform grievances into a full-blown revolt against capitalism, government austerity and military spending.
Now, 28 communist and socialist youth organizations across 12 European countries are mobilizing for a coordinated November 20 strike under the slogan "Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars," calling for walkouts, blockades, occupations and mass demonstrations.
Among the international amplifiers: organizations tied to Neville Roy Singham, a Marxist tech tycoon living in Shanghai, whose network includes Tricontinental and BreakThrough News, a New York-based outlet that published advance coverage of the weekend's mayhem in France.

Hard to imagine a more incompetent response which is par for the course for European heads of state.

Some people thought they knew ‘what GDP was for’ - or rather what it *wasn’t* for.
Then their utopian, ahistorical, we-misread-early-Fukuyama, self-serving stance was demolished by ‘history returning’.
Which was always inevitable, as some of us have been trying to say for 25 years or more.
The world system the BIS lorded over was ONLY built by U.S. military strength in WW2 and the Cold War - and then the global U.S. dollar they allowed to develop.
But that global U.S. dollar meant fewer and fewer U.S., then Western, factories over time; so a weaker U.S. and Western military.
And guess what? Everybody else didn’t get the message that history had ended and that was that and we could all drink champagne and toast the future. They had other ideas about what GDP is for.
So, now the old global order is over and the U.S., and some of the West some of the time, is trying to rebuild something new yet far more Old School:
Neomercantilism will replace neoliberalism, even if it will take the likes of The Economist years to be able to fully understand and then summarise it like that.
Logically, one way or another, that is going to mean the inverse of what Craig describes below - lending for manufacturing being incentivised over finance and function over frivolity.
Or, the U.S. and West can make even less stuff, be weaker and poorer, and end up severing drinks to those who understand the dynamic described above and below.
All else is commentary.
I spent 35 years building banking systems for banks worldwide, including central banks. I know how banks decide where their money goes.
When you build systems, you have to make them work, so you have to know how they work.
The Basel Committee de-industrialised the countries that adopted its rules. It's that simple: I explain the whole complicated mechanism in my essay. They simply regulated it away because that was the most profitable thing to do. It was implemented in such a systemic global way, and nobody seemed to notice
Capital is what a bank must hold before it can lend, the way a manufacturer or miner must hold supplies before it can sell. No miner doubles their costs to serve one group of customers. But that's what the banking system does to miners and manufacturers. Since 1988, the Basel rules have required banks to hold twice the capital against a factory loan as against a home loan, and under Basel III the gap reaches five times. So banks lend less to industry and more against houses. It should be stopped tomorrow.
Manufacturing's share of GDP fell in ten of the eleven countries I examined. In Australia it fell from 13.7% to 5.4%. Every other country that followed fell as well. The only truly crafty ones were the Koreans, who did a good job of offsetting it.
Regulators were warned in writing that the rule would steer credit, and they adopted it anyway. No parliament voted for it, and it's simply too dumb to keep doing, but we do . Not today; there is no justification. Yet from India, across Europe, across the US, including Australia, sanctions against industrial capacity. Financialization has gone too far it needs to be reviewed .
The charge is manslaughter by gross negligence. The mechanism is proven.

Bud Kennedy works for the "Fort Worth" StarTelegram which hasn't been locally, much less Texas-owned, since 1974.
It's currently owned by a New Jersey hedge fund.
The "Houston" Chron, along with the "Dallas" Morning News, "Austin" Statesman and "San Antonio" Express (no relation) are ALL owned by NYC based Hearst Media.
Think these far-left, deep blue state-owned outlets have an agenda???
The only thing Texan about any of these blue-state "news"papers is the name of a Texas city in their titles.
They are in no way stakeholders in our Texas elections.

I've known @jamestalarico for nearly 20 years. When we were at @UTAustin in 2009, he ran the University Democrats and I ran the College Republicans. Although we disagreed, I once considered him a friend. But then he betrayed the entire student body for his own political gain.🧵
