This is one of the more concerning consumer-exposure studies I’ve seen in a while.
98% of personal care and household products contained at least one chemical that was not disclosed on the label, including several endocrine-disrupting chemicals such as bisphenols, phthalates, and parabens.
85% contained at least one chemical with a known or suspected health hazard, more than half failed testing because of undisclosed contaminants, and 26% contained chemicals that directly contradicted claims on the label. On average, the products contained more than 3x as many chemicals as their labels disclosed.
And this included products marketed as “natural,” “non-toxic,” and “fragrance-free.”
I’ve talked for years about reducing unnecessary exposure to endocrine disruptors. But you can’t avoid a chemical if you don’t know it’s there!
Ingredient labels alone may simply not be enough at this point. We need much better testing and transparency of the products people are putting on their bodies and using in their homes every single day.

I’ve lost count of how many clients came to me with dangerous triglycerides after following their doctor’s “health plan.”
When we corrected one single misconception, their numbers normalised in weeks.
Read this thread before you follow standard advice.

Your Car Is Spying on You. Automobiles Have Become a 'Privacy Nightmare'
It tracks your driving, your location, even your personal life—race, health, where you work, worship, and live. A study called cars the worst privacy nightmare Mozilla’s ever tested.
You paid $50K for it? You’re still the product. Data from your car is worth $400B/year.
Used cars? Even worse. One seller could track the new owner’s home, kids’ school, and church—all from an app.
Turn off data sharing in your infotainment settings NOW. Or your car knows more about you than you do.

Wow...turns out seed oils are required for UV light to cause skin cancer in animals.
Mice fed 20% saturated fat had basically zero skin cancer....
But when fed 5 to 20% polyunsaturated fat, they developed lots of tumors.
Stop blaming the sun for what seed oils did

Illness isn’t random, it’s your body’s best attempt to adapt to a bad set of circumstances.
Change the circumstances: your diet, your lifestyle, your exposures, and you change the outcome. Because 93% of health issues aren’t genetic. They come from what we call the exposome: everything you eat, how you move, your sleep, stress, gut health, toxins, even your thoughts.
And that’s the empowering part is that you can influence all of these.

Taking statins for 5 years increases your life expectancy by a grand sum of 3 to 4 days.
1 in 5 statin users suffer muscle pain, liver damage, nerve dysfunction, cognitive decline, or worse.
No benefits, and a 20% chance of experiencing serious side effects.
Hard pass.

Any diet that leads to a lower A1c, lower Insulin, lower BP, lower triglycerides, higher HDL-C & lower levels of inflammation by definition lowers your risk of heart attack.
Can you list the diets that reliably lead to these changes?

Going to offend 1 billion regular coffee drinkers with this, but my gut is resoundingly calmer without coffee and regular anxiousness has disappeared from my life. I miss the ritual more than I miss the coffee itself.

Lots of vaccine zealots working hard to dismantle my statements on Rogan. Nitpicking. They will never be able to refute the fact that death from all infectious diseases (not just those with vaccines) decreased to negligible levels way before vaccines and antibiotics. Notice how they ignore that and then say "it's not just about death"..blablabla. Yet when they want to scare you into jabbing your healthy child it's always because "your baby could die" or "your baby could get paralyzed from polio". They should be ashamed yet they keep trying to shame me. Share this please.

Kids are getting sicker than ever—Megyn Kelly and Dr. Mark Hyman just exposed why—it’s dark.
It’s not bad luck. It’s not genetics. It’s the system—and it’s been hijacked.
Dr. Mark Hyman laid out the facts:
“I mean, you know, when you look at what happened from when I was born in 1959—the change in our chronic disease epidemic is staggering.”
Autism has jumped from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 30-something.
One in six kids now has a neurodevelopmental issue.
Autoimmune disease, allergies, and childhood obesity have exploded.
So what happened?
“We’ve industrialized our food system. We’ve made convenience king.”
“The food and Ag. industry have taken over our society in ways that are pervasive and actually measurable.”
They don’t just sell the food. They control the narrative:
• “They fund academic centers, which to do research.”
• “They fund 12 times as much nutrition research as the federal government.”
• “They fund academic associations like the American Heart Association, which gets $192 million from the food and the farm industry.”
• “The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics—40% of their revenue comes from food companies.”
• “They’ve created front groups like the American Council on Science and Health… some of those guys have been in jail for Medicare fraud… a bunch of quacks, funded by Big Tobacco, Big Food, Big Ag, who say pesticides, trans fats, and high-fructose corn syrup are all healthy for you.”
• “They fund social groups like the NAACP and Hispanic Federation to get them to oppose things like soda taxes.”
@megynkelly added:
“By the way, remiss if we didn’t mention—they also fund our lawmakers.”
Dr. Hyman:
“They’re the biggest lobbying group, so they fund huge amounts of miseducation and misinformation on both sides.”
This isn’t just corruption. It’s weaponized influence—and America’s children are the collateral damage.

Is it standard of care to 'wrap the feeding tube' like this?
Did the hospital violate SOC based on discriminatory assumptions?
I took care of over 2,000 ICU patients on vents and not ONCE did we obstruct a feeding tube like this . . .
Texas Huguley Hospital fought tooth and nail to keep Jason Jones from trying ivermectin. When it lost the lawsuit filed by his wife, the hospital immediately appealed - and wrapped Mr Jones’ feeding tube in towels to keep anyone from sneaking ivermectin in.

Been saying this for years.
Vitamin D enhances innate immunity and modulates the adaptive immune response.
Low vitamin D levels have been associated with increased susceptibility to infections, autoimmune diseases, and poor outcomes in illnesses like COVID-19.
And it’s so easy to fix.

You really have no idea what other people are going through.
It's one of many reasons to treat people with kindness and politeness by default, unless there is an exception where this is detrimental.
