Shop the perimeter of your grocery store! Skip the deli, skip the bakery, skip the alcohol ... I even skip the bulk food and produce sections - but you do you. Just don't go down those middle aisles unless it's for animal fats, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, maybe some seasonings, sardines, loose leaf tea, or coffee. These each have their own issues as well... but anyway, to piggyback on Dr. Walker's post... most of the healthy items below have glyphosate all over them: Oats: (oatmeal, granola bars, oat-based cereals, oat milk, energy bars, oat cookies, oat bran, oat flour, instant oats, oat snacks) Pulses: (lentil soups, canned lentils, lentil chips, lentil pasta, hummus, roasted chickpeas, chickpea pasta, falafel, canned chickpeas, chickpea snacks, dry beans, bean dips, black bean burgers, pinto bean cans) Wheat Products: (bread, pasta, snack bars, crackers, whole wheat cereals, bagels, tortillas, muffins, pita bread, pizza dough, wheat crackers, wheat germ, bran cereals, wheat snacks) Soybeans: (soy milk, tofu, edamame, soy-based protein bars, soy snacks, tempeh, soy yogurt, soy protein powder, soy nuts, soy-based meat substitutes, soy granola) Corn: (cornflakes, tortillas, popcorn, corn chips, polenta, canned corn, frozen corn, corn-based snacks, cornmeal, corn syrup, corn tortillas, corn cereal bars) Almonds: (almond butter, almond milk, almond flour, almond snacks, almond granola, almond energy bars, roasted almonds, almond cookies, almond meal, almond yogurt) Barley: (barley cereals, barley soups, barley-based snacks, pearl barley packs, barley flour, barley malt, barley porridge, barley risotto) Canola: (canola oil, canola-based margarine, canola cooking spray, canola mayonnaise, canola salad dressings) Beets: (beet sugar, canned beets, beet juice, beet chips, pickled beets, beet powder, beet smoothies) Other foods with lower levels: Rye: (rye bread, rye crackers, rye cereal, rye flour, rye snacks) Rice: (rice, rice cakes, rice flour, rice noodles, rice cereal, rice milk, rice crackers, rice pasta) Quinoa: (quinoa, quinoa flakes, quinoa pasta, quinoa bars, quinoa cereal, quinoa flour, quinoa snacks) Millet: (millet, millet flour, millet cereal, millet snacks, millet porridge, millet bread) Buckwheat: (buckwheat, buckwheat flour, buckwheat noodles, buckwheat cereal, buckwheat pancakes, buckwheat snacks) Carrots: (carrot juice, canned carrots, frozen carrots, carrot chips, carrot puree, carrot smoothies, carrot snacks)
Most of your “heart healthy Cheerios” and oats are laced with the stuff.

This is one of the more concerning consumer-exposure studies I’ve seen in a while. 98% of personal care and household products contained at least one chemical that was not disclosed on the label, including several endocrine-disrupting chemicals such as bisphenols, phthalates, and parabens. 85% contained at least one chemical with a known or suspected health hazard, more than half failed testing because of undisclosed contaminants, and 26% contained chemicals that directly contradicted claims on the label. On average, the products contained more than 3x as many chemicals as their labels disclosed. And this included products marketed as “natural,” “non-toxic,” and “fragrance-free.” I’ve talked for years about reducing unnecessary exposure to endocrine disruptors. But you can’t avoid a chemical if you don’t know it’s there! Ingredient labels alone may simply not be enough at this point. We need much better testing and transparency of the products people are putting on their bodies and using in their homes every single day.

Be aware. This usually isn’t found until later stages when it starts traveling, because the symptoms just kinda blend in with all the other crap that we deal with in our toxic lives.
Tragic….. steep rise in ovarian cancer in women under 40. Thanks to @KUPERWASSERLAB for sharing this data.

Just stop it guys… c’mon. Eat a diet that your ancestors ate, get outdoors and move around a little.
One in eight Americans is currently taking a GLP-1 drug, and the safety picture keeps getting worse. A new study analyzing five years of medical records from over 146,000 adults found GLP-1 users had a 30% higher chance of osteoporosis, a 100% higher chance of osteomalacia, and a 12% higher risk of gout compared to non-users. Researchers aren't yet sure why the drugs may be causing bone loss. It could be nutrient depletion from dramatically reduced appetite, or bones simply adapting to the lower body weight. What they do know is there is no long-term safety data for taking these drugs for 5, 10, or more years. And a separate review published this month found that 60% of lost weight returns within a year of stopping the drug, with projections pointing to a 75% plateau. Researchers are openly wondering whether the weight regained is disproportionately fat, leaving users worse off than when they started. The answer from some health professionals? Stay on the drug forever. Meanwhile, the FDA issued a formal warning letter to Novo Nordisk (the maker of Ozempic and Wegovy) for failing to report deaths to the agency as required. Two deaths were not reported at all. A third, involving a patient who died by suicide, was submitted late and only after an FDA inspection raised the issue. The suicide warning that was previously on semaglutide labels has since been quietly removed. Gastroparesis. Blindness. Bone loss. Gout. Unreported deaths. The chance there are serious mental health risks... This is the drug one in eight Americans is currently taking. Full story by @smiddendorp22 : bit.ly/GLP-1_Osteoporosis_Go…

We will look back at today’s oncology practices like we do with bloodletting, trepanation, or prescribing mercury for syphilis. Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) researchers published in Advanced Science (December 11, 2024) that they looked at working with three key genes—MYB, HDAC2, and FOXA2. When they switched these 3 genes off, cancers slowed, became less aggressive and acted like normal, healthy intestinal cells. news.kaist.ac.kr/newsen/html… I reversed my cancer using intermittent fasting, a mostly carnivore diet, and maintaining a low Glucose Ketone Index number for most of the day. I’m working on a very simple book that people can follow… if you want to hear more about what has worked for me - follow or search through my posts.
🧬 A different way to fight cancer — without destroying the body. Researchers in South Korea are testing a groundbreaking idea in oncology: instead of killing cancer cells, they reprogram them. Rather than using toxic treatments that attack everything in their path, this approach focuses on restoring cancer cells to a normal state by reactivating genetic pathways that were switched off. 🔬 The goal isn’t destruction — it’s correction. Cancer cells grow uncontrollably because their internal instructions break down. Scientists believe that by precisely editing gene and protein activity, those cells can be reminded how to behave properly again — slowing or stopping the disease without harming healthy tissue. Why this matters: • 🧪 Less collateral damage to the body • 🧬 Treatments tailored to a patient’s genetics • ♻️ Potentially lower risk of relapse • 🩺 Fewer long-term side effects than chemotherapy This technology is still in testing, but its implications are enormous. If proven safe and effective, it could mark a shift in how medicine understands cancer — not as something that must always be destroyed, but something that can sometimes be reset. The future of treatment may not be war. It may be repair.

Awesome video, let’s talk about heel pricks next. • Michigan stores samples for 100+ years, Maine, Minnesota, and California store samples indefinitely • Used for research without explicit parental consent in many states • Used in forensic investigations with court order or subpoena • “Anonymized” but there is definite potential for re-identification through familial DNA matching • Secondary use for law enforcement documented in multiple states

Parents deserve REAL information, not a script written by people who profit from confusion. Low vitamin K at birth is intentional—stem cells, cord blood, and colostrum are part of a biological design that hospitals interrupt within minutes. No mention of the oral option. No mention of the toxic additives in the shot—or the natural biological process.

Dr. Stephen Hussey was 34. He exercised. He ate clean. His Coronary Calcium Score was 0. Then he had a widowmaker—a heart attack so deadly only ~12% survive it outside a hospital. He survived & wrote a book. His case exposes a brutal truth: The LDL-based model of heart disease is incomplete. It can't explain why heart disease keeps rising despite more statins, more scans & more "prevention" than ever. So Hussey went deeper. What he found overturns decades of assumptions about what actually damages arteries, what collapses blood flow & why modern life is uniquely good at causing heart disease: 1. The LDL story doesn't match reality 2. Arteries are protected by structured water (EZ) 3. Plaque is repair tissue, not fat buildup 4. Heart attacks are clotting failures, not blockages 5. How EZ water neutralizes all 3 clotting triggers 6. What destroys EZ water 7. What builds EZ water 8. Why Hussey had a heart attack (& how he reversed plaque) Let's start with the first problem: 1. The LDL Story Doesn't Match Reality For decades we've been told a simple model: Saturated fat raises LDL → LDL builds up in arteries → arteries clog → heart attack. So cardiology kept lowering "acceptable" LDL: 300 → 250 → 200 → 150 → now "optimal" is <100. But the real-world data never supported the story. Many heart attack victims have little or no plaque—Hussey included, with a Coronary Calcium Score of 0. Many people with severe plaque have zero symptoms. Some die with "perfect" LDL. Some live with high LDL & clean arteries. When 136,905 heart attack patients had cholesterol measured within 24 hours of admission: - 75% had normal LDL (<130 mg/dL) - 50% had "optimal" LDL (<100 mg/dL) If LDL were the initiating cause, this pattern wouldn't exist. But instead of questioning the LDL hypothesis, the study's authors reached the opposite conclusion: the LDL targets must be "not low enough." Another paradox: veins never develop plaque, even though LDL concentration is identical. They only develop plaque when a vein is surgically grafted into an artery—meaning it's not LDL concentration but arterial conditions that determine plaque. Hussey's conclusion: LDL doesn't initiate plaque. LDL shows up after something has already damaged the artery. So the real question becomes: What breaks the artery in the first place? To see that, you have to understand one thing mainstream cardiology ignores: In a healthy artery, lipoproteins can't even reach the wall. Something must collapse that protection first. 2. Arteries Are Protected by Structured Water (EZ Water) Hussey builds on Gerald Pollack's work. In a healthy artery, blood never actually touches the artery wall. The inner surface of every artery is hydrophilic (water loving). When water touches that surface & receives radiant energy (sunlight, infrared), it forms a different phase: Structured water—the Exclusion Zone (EZ). This structured water forms a gel-like layer across the endothelial surface & excludes almost everything. Pollack's experiments show: - Albumin (~3.8 nm) cannot cross it - Bacteria cannot cross it - Red blood cells cannot cross it (~6000-8000 nm) - Only tiny ions like potassium can (~0.25 nm) This matters because of size: - HDL: ~7–12 nm - LDL: ~22–28 nm - apoB particles: similar range If the EZ excludes albumin (~3.8 nm), then particles in the 7–28 nm lipoprotein range are excluded too. Meaning: If EZ water is intact, nothing in the blood ever touches the artery wall. No contact → no injury. No injury → no inflammation. No inflammation → no plaque. This is the part the LDL model never accounted for: Lipoproteins never reach the artery wall unless the EZ shield is destroyed first. EZ loss is upstream of every step that follows. 3. Plaque Is Not "Fat Buildup." It's Repair Tissue. When the EZ layer collapses, the arterial wall becomes exposed for the first time. Blood components that were previously excluded can now touch the endothelium. The body responds the only way it can: repair → patch → stabilize. When researchers analyze plaque, it isn't a pipe filled with fat. It's overwhelmingly: - clot material - fibrous collagen - smooth muscle repair tissue - trapped cholesterol that arrived after damage - inflammatory cells cleaning up the debris Histology shows plaque is ~87% clot-derived tissue (±8%), confirming the sequence: Injury → clot → repair → plaque. Not: cholesterol → plaque → blockage. This explains why: - plaque forms only at specific high-stress arterial sites - veins do not plaque unless surgically grafted into arterial pressure - plaque often appears after a flow disturbance or oxidative injury - people like Hussey can have clean arteries & still suffer massive heart attacks Because plaque is not the main event. Clotting is. 4. Heart Attacks Are Clotting + Flow Failures, Not "Blocked Pipes" In 1856, Rudolf Virchow identified the three conditions that create pathological clotting: - Damage to the arterial lining - Stagnant or disrupted blood flow - Blood that becomes more prone to clot This triad matches the real world far better than the "blocked pipe" story: - You can have severe narrowing & no heart attack - You can have clean arteries & die suddenly The fatal moment is always the same: A clot at the wrong time in the wrong place. Hussey adds two major corrections that modern cardiology ignores. (1) Flow disturbances alone can trigger plaque formation After his heart attack, a catheter closure device altered blood flow in his femoral artery. Within weeks, plaque formed at that exact site. No LDL change. No diet change. Just disturbed flow → plaque. When he restored EZ water & flow mechanics, the plaque reversed—which his doctors had never seen. This shows: Plaque forms where flow becomes abnormal—not where LDL is high. (2) You can have a heart attack with zero blockage (MINOCA) This is Myocardial Infarction with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries—& it's not rare, it accounts for 6-15% of all heart attacks. Hussey explains the mechanism this way: The heart prefers fatty acids & ketones & burns them cleanly. Under acute stress, the autonomic nervous system shifts the heart into a glucose-burning state at the worst possible moment. Burning mostly glucose produces more free radicals. This increases local acidity, swelling, & pressure inside heart tissue. Blood cannot enter effectively. Collapse in flow without obstruction & tissue death follows. In parallel, acute stress increases thrombotic potential, making clot formation more likely. No plaque required. No LDL required. (3) Why some people with severe plaque feel fine Giorgio Baroldi's autopsy work in 1956 showed that when arteries narrow chronically, the body builds collateral vessels—small bypass channels that restore blood supply. He found that in areas with ≥70% narrowing, collaterals increase dramatically—fully compensating for reduced flow. Separate studies in dogs confirmed the speed of this adaptation: full collateral networks formed within 4–7 days when an artery was slowly occluded. Meaning: The body automatically builds bypasses. It restores supply on its own. This explains why: - severe plaque can exist without symptoms (collaterals already restored flow) - stents don't reduce future heart attacks in stable disease (the body already compensated) - bypass surgery rarely extends lifespan in chronic cases (natural bypasses already exist) Flow adapts—unless metabolic & energetic conditions collapse. The danger is in acute metabolic collapse that happens too fast for collaterals to form. (4) So does plaque matter at all? Yes, but not the way we were told. Hussey is clear: "Plaque is not what causes heart attacks." But calcified plaque still increases risk because it disturbs flow → creates turbulence → increases clot probability. Not because it "blocks." Because it changes the physics of blood movement. The real causal chain: EZ loss → endothelial exposure → flow disturbance → hypercoagulability → clot → heart attack. 5. How EZ Water Neutralizes All 3 Clotting Triggers Hussey's key insight: EZ water defends against all three conditions that create clots. (1) EZ prevents endothelial injury When radiant energy (sunlight, infrared) hits the arterial surface, water forms a gel-like EZ layer that excludes everything larger than tiny ions. If EZ is intact, blood components never touch the wall. No contact → no injury → no clot initiation. (2) EZ prevents disturbed or stagnant flow EZ doesn't just protect—it moves fluid. When EZ forms, it separates charge: - EZ becomes strongly negative - bulk water becomes positive (H⁺-rich) This creates an electrical pressure that pushes water forward. Pollack demonstrated that: - water moves through hydrophilic tubing with no pump - chick embryo blood keeps flowing even after the heart stops - adding infrared increased flow by ~300% - blocking infrared stopped flow When EZ collapses: flow slows, residence time increases, clot risk rises. (3) EZ prevents hypercoagulable, "sticky" blood EZ forms on hydrophilic surfaces within blood: RBCs, platelets, lipoproteins. This creates zeta potential—a strong negative charge around each particle. Cells repel instead of clump, RBCs don't stack, platelets don't activate prematurely. When EZ breaks down: zeta potential drops, cells stick, blood becomes hypercoagulable. 6. What Destroys EZ Water (& Opens the Artery to Damage)? Hussey is blunt about the upstream trigger: oxidative stress breaks down fourth phase water in the arteries, damages the arterial wall, & depletes nitric oxide (NO), which is vital for ANS signaling to the heart. He frames the problem as three imbalances: metabolic inflexibility (inability to burn fat), oxidative stress, & ANS dysfunction. He believes these three, "especially when complicated by nutrient deficiencies, are the underlying causes of most chronic disease." Imbalance #1—Metabolic Inflexibility The heart prefers ketones. In one experiment: when ketones fell below 34 mg/100 ml, the heart was forced to burn more glucose; when ketones were 34–80 mg/100 ml, the heart switched to burning primarily ketones; providing more ketones reduced use of other fuels by 30–60%. Dietary fat is also packaged into chylomicrons & delivered directly to the heart via the lymphatic system. The heart even has a signaling pathway to fat cells so it can call for more fuel. Hussey's conclusion: "The heart prefers to burn ketones. To provide it with this fuel, we have to restrict carbohydrates enough so the body learns to burn fat. Heart attacks without a blockage happen when a series of events force the heart to burn predominantly glucose—metabolic inflexibility makes this more likely." Imbalance #2—Oxidative Stress (The EZ Breaker) Everything that steals electrons collapses EZ: - Insulin resistance, chronic glucose-heavy metabolism, poor fat oxidation - AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products) which initiate atherosclerosis independently of cholesterol - Endotoxemia from leaky gut/gum disease/root canals - Heavy metals: mercury (35% thicker plaque), lead, arsenic, cadmium, aluminum - BPA (increased lesion size 104-120%) - Air pollution, pesticides (glyphosate shrinks EZ) - Seed oils - Chronic stress - Circadian disruption - Low sunlight, lack of infrared - No grounding - EMF exposure (WiFi reduces EZ by 15-20%) Imbalance #3—ANS Dysfunction (Stress System Out of Balance) The autonomic nervous system dysfunction matters. The best measure is HRV. In one study, 95% of ischemic events were preceded by almost complete HRV suppression. HRV changes before ischemia, suggesting this is causal, not consequence. Your nervous system destabilizes before your heart does. 7. What Builds EZ Water (and Protects the Heart)? If oxidative stress & modern life collapse EZ water, prevention starts with restoring it. Radiant Energy - Sunlight & infrared build structured water in arteries, improve flow, lower pressure - Sauna mimics sun's IR & charges EZ - Grounding connects body to Earth's charge - Nature exposure removes urban stressors - Spring/mineral water provides better EZ substrate - Circadian alignment: morning light + darkness at night enable endothelial repair via melatonin Reduce Oxidative Stress - Remove seed oils - Lower processed carbs & avoid AGEs (AGEs alone initiate atherosclerosis) - Heal gut to reduce endotoxemia - Fix dental infections (gum disease, root canals, cavitations) - Reduce toxins: heavy metals increase plaque, BPA increases lesions 104-120% - Prefer mineral salts over table salt Restore Metabolic Flexibility - Restrict processed carbs - Prefer animal fats - Keep Trigicerydes/HDL <1.5, HOMA-IR <1.5 - Use fasting strategically - A heart fueled by fat & ketones is stable. A heart forced into glucose is vulnerable. Balance the ANS - Meditation, nature, infrared, cold exposure, proper sleep, social connection, grounding, gut healing, omega-3, EMF reduction, sunlight - Breathing: ~5.5-6 breaths/min with longer exhales produced best ANS balance Train Correctly - Marathon runners: edema, decreased function, scarring (100+ marathons) - Marathon deaths: 93% heart attacks - Recommended: strength 1-2×/week, short bursts 1-2×/week, stretching/yoga, avoid chronic high volume endurance (ultras etc.) When EZ is strong: endothelium is shielded, flow is smooth, blood stays separated, clotting is harder. 8. Why Hussey Had a Heart Attack (& How He Reversed Plaque) Hussey doesn't know the exact cause. He believes it was a perfect storm: - Type 1 diabetic (already increased risk despite managing with diet/exercise) - Dehydration (thought bone broth was enough) - Constipation (considered it normal) - COVID-19 worry - Stressful family event couple days before - Two nights of bad sleep - High-intensity exercise to failure: uphill sprints, push-ups, lunges No plaque. Just the conditions for clot formation. Then something unexpected happened. After his heart attack, a catheter closure device altered blood flow in his femoral artery. Within weeks, plaque formed at that exact site: 70-99% blockage. No LDL change. No diet change. Just disturbed flow → plaque. He focused on sunlight, infrared sauna, grounding, & circadian optimization. One year later: 0-50% blockage. Two years later: completely normal artery. Three years later: still normal. His vascular surgeon: "We can't say it's better because we don't see these things get better." But he did get better. This was unheard of. 9. Bottom Line Modern medicine saves lives after heart attacks happen. But prevention requires understanding what actually causes them. Heart disease isn't an LDL problem: - LDL can't initiate plaque - Plaque is 87% clot-derived repair tissue - Heart attacks are clot events (Virchow's triad) - EZ water protects against all three triggers - Modern life destroys EZ first Don't blame LDL. Understand the clot. Protect the EZ. Prevention comes down to one principle: Stop breaking EZ water. Start building it. How? Sunlight. Sauna. Grounding. Circadian Alignment. Metabolic flexibility. ANS balance. Low oxidative stress. Do this & you target the real mechanism Hussey argues drives heart disease. Not the decoy.

So interesting … of course there are things like violent attacks, accidents, a random virus or genetic disorders occurring out there in the world, but I promise you that most likely, your current disease or even just chronic aches and pains are from diet and/or your environment.
Just 28 days without parabans and phthalates turned off breast cancer genes. Researchers followed a group of healthy women who routinely used common personal-care products containing parabens and phthalates—chemicals found in everything from shampoo and lotion to makeup and fragrance. These compounds can act like estrogen in the body, and excess estrogen-like activity has long been tied to higher breast-cancer risk. For 28 days, 36 women did one simple thing: they switched to paraben- and phthalate-free alternatives. No drugs, no diet changes—just cleaner cosmetics and toiletries. The results were striking: urine tests confirmed that levels of the chemicals’ breakdown products plummeted, proving exposure had been sharply reduced. But the bigger revelation came from breast-tissue biopsies taken before and after the switch. In just four weeks, the women’s breast cells began behaving less like precancerous or cancerous cells. They regained the ability to respond to normal “cell-death” signals (a safeguard tumors often disable). Protective estrogen receptors, which are typically shut down in breast cancer, switched back on. Gene-expression patterns shifted away from high-risk profiles and toward healthier patterns. This is the first human evidence that routine exposure to these everyday chemicals can nudge normal breast cells in a cancer-like direction—and, crucially, that removing the exposure can begin to reverse the process remarkably quickly. It’s not definitive proof that changing your body wash will prevent breast cancer. But it does show that the body notices—and starts to repair itself—almost immediately when you stop putting these substances on your skin. Most doctors are controlled with paychecks, hospital policies, peer pressure, ‘education’ and/or the threat of losing their license - please don’t just outsource your health to them. Think critically, do your own research and run your own experiments - ask them hard questions.
Let's talk about how long it takes for obviously wrong medical advice to change. 1950s: Doctors recommend smoking to pregnant women. "It calms the nerves. Helps with stress." Evidence of harm: Mounting. How long until doctors stop recommending it: 20+ years. 1960s: Thalidomide prescribed to pregnant women for morning sickness. Causes severe birth defects. Thousands of children born with missing limbs. Evidence of harm: Immediate and catastrophic. How long until it's banned: Took 5 years in some countries. US narrowly avoided approval. 1970s: DES (diethylstilbestrol) prescribed to prevent miscarriage. Causes cancer and reproductive problems in daughters of women who took it. Evidence of harm: Mounting throughout the decade. How long until discontinued: 11 years after first concerns. 1990s: Margarine recommended over butter for heart health. Evidence: Trans fats in margarine actually cause heart disease. How long until trans fats banned: 25 years. 2000s: Vioxx approved for arthritis pain. Causes heart attacks. Killed an estimated 60,000 people. Evidence: Existed before approval. Company hid it. How long until withdrawn: 5 years. Only after public pressure. 2010s: Opioids prescribed freely for pain. "They're safe! Not addictive!" Evidence: Massively addictive. Destroying lives. How long until restrictions: 20+ years. Only after epidemic is undeniable. The pattern is clear: Medical establishment recommends something. Evidence of harm emerges. Establishment ignores evidence. Years or decades pass. Harm becomes undeniable. Establishment slowly reverses course. Never admitting they were wrong. Just "updating based on new information." So when modern doctors say: "Seed oils are heart healthy!" "Statins for everyone!" "Cholesterol is the enemy!" "Saturated fat causes heart disease!" Remember: They've been catastrophically wrong before. For decades. And they never admit it until the damage is done. How long were doctors wrong about cigarettes? Decades. How long wrong about trans fats? Decades. How long will they be wrong about seed oils and statins? We're finding out in real time. But if history is any guide: They'll be wrong for decades before admitting it. And millions will suffer following their advice in the meantime. The question isn't: "Are doctors right this time?" The question is: "Why would you assume they are, given their track record?"

Hmm…
Someone I love deeply and I share the same genetic weakness with is losing her mobility ... for the Animals. I watched my own health collapse on a plant-based diet, and I eventually turned back toward animal foods and real nourishment. She didn’t. Now I’m literally watching her become what I narrowly avoided: Her legs giving out, her energy disappearing, her future shrinking. She’s scared of losing her ability to walk. I’m scared too. I’ve tried to gently suggest that nutrition might be part of the picture. Not as blame. Not as judgment. Just as someone who’s lived B12 deficiency, myelopathy, neurological symptoms, and nerve demyelination myself. But for her, those suggestions land like an attack on her ethics and identity. So she pulls away. Her circle pulls away. I get cast as evil for saying, “Your body deserves to be nourished too.” What makes this so painful is knowing how easily I could have been in her place. Same genes. Same beliefs. Same path. The only difference is that seven years ago I turned around. If you have someone in your life who is getting sicker and more restricted around food, and you feel helpless and scared for them—you’re not alone. You can love someone fiercely and still not be able to save them. You can hold your truth about what helped you, and also hold your tongue when you know they’re not ready to hear it. I’m trying to do both. I’m choosing to live, to nourish my own body… and to keep my heart open to her, in case the day ever comes when she looks back and says, “Okay. Tell me what you did.”

You just have to find it! - Raw milk retains live enzymes such as lactase, lipase, and phosphatase, which aid in digestion and nutrient absorption, unlike pasteurized milk, where heat destroys these enzymes, making raw milk easier to digest for some individuals. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk provides higher levels of bioavailable vitamins, including vitamin C, B vitamins, and fat-soluble vitamins like A and D, as pasteurization reduces these nutrients, supporting overall immune function and bone health. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk contains natural probiotics from its diverse microbiota, similar to breast milk, which promotes a healthy gut microbiome, enhancing digestion and reducing the risk of gastrointestinal issues. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Consumption of raw milk is associated with improved immune health, as it contains immunoglobulins and antimicrobial components that protect against infections, with studies showing fewer respiratory and ear infections in children. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk supports lung health by potentially reducing the risk of asthma and allergies, with epidemiological evidence linking farm milk consumption to better pulmonary function and lower incidence of inflammatory diseases. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk offers protection from infectious diseases through its natural antibodies and beneficial bacteria, which stimulate balanced immune development and provide colonization resistance against pathogens. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk is often tolerated better for individuals allergic to pasteurized milk due to preserved whey proteins that may not trigger the same allergic responses, as shown in preclinical and pilot studies. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk consumption is linked to increased functional richness of the gut microbiota, including higher levels of Lactobacillus and Lactococcus, which produce short-chain fatty acids beneficial for metabolic health. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk provides complete nutrition with higher concentrations of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and omega-3 fatty acids, supporting cardiovascular health and reducing inflammation compared to pasteurized versions. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk aids in preventing non-communicable diseases by enhancing gut, immune, and lung health, with consistent evidence from over 135 studies indicating its role as a superfood for long-term well-being. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk promotes skin health through its natural vitamins and fats, helping to alleviate conditions like eczema, with farm milk exposure showing protective effects against atopic dermatitis in children. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk supports bone development with its bioavailable calcium and phosphorus, unaltered by heat, contributing to stronger bones and teeth, as pasteurization can reduce mineral absorption. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk enhances cognitive function through its intact fatty acids and vitamins, which are essential for brain health, with studies suggesting better neurodevelopment in children consuming farm milk. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk aids weight management by providing satiating fats and proteins in their natural form, helping regulate metabolism without the alterations from pasteurization that may affect hormonal balance. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk strengthens the cardiovascular system with its natural balance of fats and antioxidants, reducing oxidative stress and supporting heart health, unlike processed milk, where beneficial components are diminished. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk improves eye health through high vitamin A levels in its retinol form, which is more bioavailable than pasteurized milk, supporting vision and preventing deficiencies. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… - Raw milk boosts energy levels with its unprocessed carbohydrates and proteins, providing sustained fuel without the denaturing effects of heat, aiding physical performance and daily vitality. rawmilkinstitute.org/updates… - Raw milk enhances detoxification through its enzymes and probiotics, which support liver function and gut elimination, helping the body eliminate toxins more effectively. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… The data on raw milk consumption highlight a pattern where its natural components provide comprehensive nutritional support, from enzyme retention aiding digestion to probiotics fostering gut health, aligning with the stewardship of the body through unprocessed foods. This approach honors the wholeness of creation by preserving the integrity of milk as provided in nature, offering benefits that promote vitality and resilience. The evidence from studies confirms that raw milk's immune-enhancing properties and protection against allergies stem from its live microbiota and unaltered nutrients, underscoring the moral duty to choose sustenance that nurtures rather than diminishes life. Raw milk is a testament to traditional methods that sustain families and communities in a world of processed alternatives. The facts delineate a trajectory of health advantages, from reduced infections to improved metabolic function, reinforcing the imperative to embrace natural provisions. Without recognizing these, societies risk losing the foundations of robust well-being, contrary to principles of care and abundance. The case rests on documented outcomes: from microbiome richness to disease prevention, the impacts are measurable. The imperative is clear: Prioritize raw milk's benefits, or forfeit holistic nourishment. The data leave no ambiguity. The evidence affirms the assertion: Nature's design offers superior sustenance. The pattern of preserved nutrients demands appreciation. This is the reality of upholding life through wholesome choices.

Professor John Ioannidis of Stanford, the world's most cited medical researcher, delivered a devastating conclusion in 2017: 20-50% of all U.S. healthcare activity is wasteful, harmful, or brings no benefit to the patient. This isn't a minor inefficiency; it's a systemic collapse. The reason, as detailed by cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra, is a medical misinformation mess fueled by: • Unreliable Research: Most published studies are not fit for guiding patient care. • Undetected Commercial Capture: Medical knowledge is under commercial control, yet most doctors are unaware. • A Critical Skills Gap: Clinicians lack the training to appraise evidence reliability. • Misinformed Patients: The public is flooded with inaccuracies, sabotaging their health decisions. But the core scandal is a betrayal of trust. While pharma has a legal duty to shareholders, not patients, the true failure lies with the guardians of public health. Doctors, academic institutions, journals, and regulators are colluding with industry for financial gain. In 2018, Dr. Malhotra warned the European Parliament that the situation had become so corrupt that "honest doctors can no longer practice honest medicine." This was the state of medicine before the pandemic. The system is broken. It's time for a reckoning.

Fascinating…
After watching this Universe 25 mouse experiment (see short video below), I looked it up, this experiment actually happened. Simultaneously fascinating and horrifying. Is it actually possible it could be analogous to humans? 🤔

Wow...turns out seed oils are required for UV light to cause skin cancer in animals. Mice fed 20% saturated fat had basically zero skin cancer.... But when fed 5 to 20% polyunsaturated fat, they developed lots of tumors. Stop blaming the sun for what seed oils did

Cancer Cells Need a NAP TIME! Scientists used a night-light strength wavelength, 734 nm, invisible near-infrared, to gently nudge breast and lung cancer cells into hibernation. (Follow up after completed Substack Article) No drugs. No heat. Just light. For 20 minutes a day, over 6 days, they exposed the cells to a 0.05 mW/cm² beam, the kind of background glow you’d barely notice in your room. The result? The cancer cells stopped dividing. They didn’t die. They went quiet. They entered senescence, biological nap mode. Normal cells barely flinched. This wasn’t photodynamic therapy or heat. It was a field effect, a precise environmental tune that tipped malignant cells into stillness. Too little light → nothing. Too much (>1000 mJ/cm²) → stimulation. Goldilocks zone (20–300 mJ/cm²) → dormancy. “The light didn’t act like a scalpel. It acted like a lullaby.” (👀 Easter Egg: This hormetic curve echoes Robert O. Becker’s current-of-injury work. He mapped the same “too weak / too strong / just right” pattern decades before anyone applied it to photons.) Here’s the real jaw-dropper: The exact band of light that did this, sitting on the slope between chromophore activation and the 0.75 eV weak absorber sweet spot, has been engineered out of most indoor spaces. We flooded our lives with blue spikes and spectral gaps while quietly banning the wavelengths that stabilize our cellular symphony. This isn’t just about cancer. This is about the background field your biology evolved with, the one that whispers to water, tunes protein folding, nudges the ETC forward like a Frogger conveyor belt, and sets the tone for everything downstream. Thanks to Bob Fosbury, Scott Zimmerman, and the Guy Foundation for keeping this wavelength’s story alive. Their work explains why this isn’t magic, it’s photobiochemistry. Full breakdown, mechanisms, and receipts here on my Substack. Come Stack with me! Thanks for your Retinas! - Dr. Grimm

Here’s your daily dose of keto propaganda… whatever you do, please don’t try it! You might heal a bunch of your issues.
In August of last year, I heard @SecKennedy speak about Good Energy during a press conference. I ordered the book, dove in head first, and after 7 days, my daughter needed to come off her afternoon medication she was taking in attempt to manage bipolar disorder. This was the first improvement in 6 years! Then, one year ago today, we were watching the Nutrition Roundtable to see what more we could learn from @CaseyMeansMD on our family’s metabolic health journey. Little did we know, our lives were about to change forever. I think our whole world might have stopped for a minute when @ChrisPalmerMD spoke. We changed her diet to a ketogenic diet, and within days, she was an entirely new person in all of the best ways. This has been the best year of her life, and it’s been the best year for our family, too. She thanks me almost every single day, but today - it’s Dr. Palmer day in our house and she wanted to thank all of you herself! ❤️ So - we all thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
