“Who is ruto and why do they say he is the most corrupt?”
When I came to Kenya 🇰🇪 in 2024 I had never seen corruption by government or killings of citizens directly. Now I know it’s a cartel not a government.
SPEAKING OUT SHOULDN’T COST YOUR LIFE.
In Kenya, asking “Where did the money go?” should never leave a family asking “Where did our child go?”
Yet the record shows why people are afraid.
EACC’s 2025 survey found:
▪ 98.6% of public-sector bribe-payers did not report their latest payment to an official institution.
▪ Among those who reported bribery, 42.3% said nothing happened afterward.
▪ Among non-reporters, 33.4% felt reporting was useless or nobody would care.
Imagine being asked to “just report it” when you fear retaliation—and doubt anyone will act.

The danger of demanding accountability is documented too.
For the crackdown linked to the June 2024–July 2025 protests, Amnesty International estimated:
▪ At least 128 killings.
▪ 83 enforced disappearances.
▪ At least 3,000 arbitrary arrests.
Its report also documents threats, surveillance and coordinated online attacks against young activists.

The scandal fades. The powerful remain. Families are still waiting for answers.
That cycle needs a public record.
The REKODI team has been building REKODI.org - Kenya’s accountability archive, bringing together around 130 public-source documents to help keep corruption and abuses of power visible.
Public money. Bribery. Procurement. Police violence. Killings. Disappearances.
Source links. Documented allegations. Official findings. Court decisions. Outcomes. Unanswered questions.
The aim is to make it harder for a case to disappear simply because the headlines have moved on. Readers should be able to follow what was alleged, what was established, what happened afterward—and what remains unresolved.
Source protection is fundamental to that mission. People exposing abuse deserve a way to communicate without being forced to publicly expose themselves.
The goal is protected anonymous reporting with confidential follow-up. That channel is not open yet; current ordinary accounts are not anonymous. Do not send sensitive evidence through public replies.
The REKODI team is looking for an independent Kenyan-led team - journalists, lawyers, human-rights researchers and security/civic-tech specialists - to help manage and govern REKODI, or potentially take over its long-term stewardship.
Qualified teams are welcome to review the code, governance, evidence handling and security design.
Interested? Reply with your role, DM or any organizations to connect with.
Public attention should not expire before accountability arrives.
PROTECT THE SOURCE. KEEP THE RECORD.

Everyone needs to know what actually happened in Serbia.
Instead of students just protest against their government, the students organized themselves into a student list and ran in elections against their government—and they have just won.
Dear Serbia, congratulations on your victory; you have just opened a new door in protesting. This is history

Launched the KSh1.4 billion Kyambeke-Kyuasini-Ukia road and commissioned the KSh1.5 billion Kyambeke-Kikoko road in Kaiti Constituency, Makueni County.
We are investing KSh16 billion to build seven new roads - 180km long - across Makueni County to open up the region, improve connectivity and unleash its economic potential.

Around 3% of Muslim children attend full-time Islamic schools. Roughly 70% of Jewish children attend Jewish schools.
Yet only Muslims are constantly lectured about “integration”.
Funny that.

Stop looking for motivation.
Build a schedule.
Motivation is a feeling. A schedule is a decision.
Feelings change. Decisions hold.

Muslim slaves were sometimes vastly more educated than their American masters.
In 1788, Thomas Foster, a poorly educated farmer in Natchez, Mississippi, bought a man called Abd al-Rahman Ibrahima.
Foster called him “Prince.”
The fascinating thing is that he REALLY WAS a prince.
A Muslim from Futa Jallon, in present-day Guinea, Ibrahima had studied in the great Islamic centres of Timbuktu and Djenné. He could read and write Arabic, spoke several African languages and had commanded soldiers in his father's army.
He was vastly better educated than the American farmer who now owned him.
For FORTY YEARS, this highly educated African worked on Foster's plantation.
According to his biographer, he even traced Arabic letters in the sand to keep his knowledge alive when he had no access to books or writing materials.
In 1826, he wrote a passage from the Qur'an. The writing eventually reached Morocco and helped set in motion diplomatic efforts involving US President John Quincy Adams.
He was finally freed in 1828, aged about 66, on condition that he leave America.
His wife Isabella gained her freedom too, but they had to leave their children behind in slavery.
He reached Liberia in 1829 and died there before he could make it back to Guinea.
One complication worth mentioning: his own West African kingdom had participated in the slave trade. History is rarely a tidy morality play.
But the story rather spectacularly demolishes the comforting old fantasy that European and American slaveholders were bringing civilization to supposedly primitive Africans.
The man with the superior education was the property.
The man with the inferior education was the master.
Today, in a four letter location, we see one side with all the fighter jets oppress an astonishingly educated population, with both men and women often achieving a level of intellectual richess rarely attained by the American who supply the bombs or the mad dog mobs which attack the locals, journalists and visiting diplomats.
Particularly odd is how many highly skilled physicians and engineers the oppressed side manages to produce in conditions that are hardly pedagocially optimal circumstances.

What did Barack Obama do for Peace..? He dropped more bombs than any US President in history before him, illegally bombed 8 different countries and taught the world how to use drones to kill people without a trial. Obama is a War Criminal but the US doesn't do accountability...

If you want to understand Israeli Jewish society, I highly recommend watching this 4 minute clip.
The host asks representatives of major Israeli Jewish political partiies, "do you support a Palestinian State, yes or no." The responses:
#1: "hell no"
#2: "of course no"
#3: "no, definitely not”
#4: "clearly not”
#5: "this is a useless discussion”
#6: "no. we will do everything to prevent it.”
#7: "clearly no”
#8: "no government in the history of Israel has done more to avoid a Palestinian state than this government [that I am in]."
This election is a competition among Jewish Israelis over who is the biggest Nazi. Who embraces Nazism more than their opponents?
Israel is by far the most genocidal country in the world. there is no 2nd place or 3rd place. it's an entire society completely and utterly drunk on apartheid & genocide.
Israeli TV brings together a host of different candidates "from across the political spectrum" and asks them if they support the establishment of a Palestinian state.
They uniformly declare "No!"
"We'll fight it tooth and nail! … It's against God!"
By Israeli standards, Netanyahu is a moderate who is not genocidal enough.

A year ago, President Trump’s leadership ended a war that had no end in sight. Since then, a series of achievements have built the foundations for a new Gaza: an enduring ceasefire, the return of every hostage both living and deceased, the establishment of the Board of Peace and a Palestinian technocratic administration to run Gaza, and a fully costed recovery plan. This will be a long and arduous process, but we are making real progress.
