Yesterday, I visited De Jong. The Dutch Automotive Car Dealer who has a farm, a garage and a home in one place. A very kind man, he invited me to visit his farm regularly to stay away from screens.

HR accidentally sent a confidential email to the entire office, and within minutes, everyone knew something management had been trying to keep secret for months.
The email was titled: โSTRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL โ DO NOT FORWARD.โ
Unfortunately, it was sent to the companyโs entire mailing list.
At first, most employees assumed it was an ordinary administrative mistake. Then someone opened the attachment.
It was a spreadsheet containing employeesโ salaries, annual bonuses, planned promotions, and managementโs proposed restructuring.
But that wasnโt the worst part.

I was at my friendsโ place, and their son grabbed my phone off the table and cracked the screen.
I asked them to pay for the repair. My friend said, โYouโre an adult. You could just forgive a kid.โ
I didnโt yell at the kid. But the screen costs $300, and someone has to pay for it.
My friend sent the money with the note: โWe wonโt bother you again.โ
I took the money.

These days, women date men based off superficial reasons. So if you have a woman who likes you for your principles, values, morals and the way you conduct yourself, just know sheโs a real one๐๐ฟ

At the time, I was not only financially unstable, but I had also lost my job.
Whenever I needed something urgently, he would find a way to help, and I never took any of those gestures for granted. In fact, he was one of the last people I expected to come through for me.

Nigeria is running at half capacity, by excluding women (who are about half of the population) from decision making positions.
@officialABAT knows this and he promised to fix it, but almost 4 years in, how far?
