$880 billion dollars in cuts would mean hundreds of thousands of San Diegans would lose coverage they rely on. Including over 100,000 children and 32,000 seniors.

Health equity for child care would be the ability to pay child care workers a thriving wage, as well as provide benefits such as basic health care and paid sick leave!
