You would think delivery drivers would know that people have doorbell cameras so when @parcelforce sent me an email saying sorry we missed you I knew the bell had not gone and nothing on camera.

Disappointing service from @FedEx @FedExHelp Been waiting for an urgent part from Denmark. Today was dellivery day & someone was in but the driver could not be bothered and just marked it as "Sorry we missed you" but he did not even try and not on the ring door bell

Just helping another @AVGSupport customer who is being scammed by AVG. His BT account got hacked which I fixed but when I checked his AV I find he is paying about £400 a year to AVG but did not know it. I have now removed his automatic renewals. Please check your account
