Removal of pharmacologic GvHD prophylaxis did not increase GvHD rates and may improve infection rates. At 12 months, cumulative incidence of Grade ≥3 #aGvHD was 8.4% in the prophylaxis cohort vs 5.6% in the without prophylaxis cohort; similarly, incidence of moderate–severe #cGvHD was 11.8% and 0%, respectively.
