Delighted to meet @JyotiGondek at the #MayorsEnvironmentExpo . What a wonderful day spent with students.
Come check out the resource fair, brought to you by Valley View School Council. Relocated to Forest Lawn Community center!
A beautiful #JohnnyGaudreau moment in our house. Sending much love to the family during this time ❤️
My daughter Xmas morning woke up in her flames hoodie, to unwrap her Gaudreau jersey. A special moment I will never forget. #FindWhatMovesYou #Flames
After work, I joined my students at their community neighbour day celebration, where I was met by @FlamesFdn, @CalgaryPolice, and I got to work with the community social worker. What a great way to connect with students outside of school.

ALT “Our goal as teachers is not limited to being likable and approachable, though that can be very helpful. More important, it is to prioritize student capacity to grow as thinkers, learners, and scholars so that long after kids leave our classrooms, they believe strongly in their ability to be valuable contributors to their communities.” —Miriam Plotinsky, Instructional Specialist

Our classrooms are bursting at the seams, teachers & school leaders are struggling to meet their students needs. The results of the most recent pulse survey are clear:
1️⃣ Teachers report classes are well beyond the Alberta Commission on Learning recommendations for class size.
The Staff Convention was fantastic, featuring insightful discussions and a thorough examination of the brain's influence on behavior. I'm eager to apply the new tools I've acquired!
