Great piece by UCD/CNN Academy student Kathy Rose O'Brien on student protests at TCD @Clinton_InstUCD @ScottLucas_EA
Students around the world have been staging protests about the ongoing war in Gaza -- with some ugly scenes, particularly across U.S. campuses. At Ireland's top university, however, demonstrators accomplished a rare achievement -- persuading authorities to cut financial ties with Israel. One of the students in the CNN Academy at University College Dublin @kathyroseobrien was on the ground to report.
