One teammate can change everything.
The tone, the standard, the energy, the belief.
Be the ONE.

The best assistant coaches do three things well:
1. Support the head coach publicly
2. Challenge the head coach privately
3. Serve the players daily
Loyalty doesn’t mean silence.
It means alignment and trust.

Last week I received the Cinnamon Sheffield Athletic Director of the Year award. This award means so much to me because @AsstADCinnamon has supported me on this journey and recognizing the hard work I have put in. ❤
I was told not to downplay my accomplishments but to be loud and proud because it's well earned. I'm incredibly grateful for the recognition! My love for sports is undeniable and supporting kids is my passion 💙

Champions don’t focus on competing with an opponent.
Champions compete to be better today than they were yesterday.
There is a need to improve in defeat or victory-even in the smallest way.
Nothing to prove-a lot to accomplish.
Finally a Velt Volleyball page... Let's go Mustangs
