Creating pressures doesn't have to be exotic. Most of the best pressures come from simple systems. Creativity comes from understanding the fundamentals and building off of them. Here's a look at two "NOT" stunts that use 5-O alignments to create an alley to the QB. The Nose sets the "pick," and the DT executes the wrap. In the 2nd clip, the OL picks up the stunt, but the Nose has the angle and creates the sack. Learn more about building pressure plans, only on MatchQuarters: matchquarters.com/p/pressure… --

Northwestern leads college football in Robber (Bracket) coverage, using it as a sticky change-up on middle-yardage downs. Against Penn State, defensive coordinator Tim McGarigle anchored both Safeties at 10 yards to erase intermediate in-breakers and layer the middle of the field. The scheme puts pressure on the quarterback without blitzing by forcing the ball into low-percentage outside shots. With second-level defenders funneling releases inside, the Wildcats held the Nittany Lions to a -.575 EPA/play when Robber was the call. My full film clinic on Northwestern's Robber coverage mechanics is only on MatchQuarters: matchquarters.com/p/northwes… --

🚨🚨 Billionaire cancer doctor Patrick Soon-Shiong told Tucker Carlson that nearly every oncologist ignores the one number in your blood test that kills cancer: “Pick up the phone, call any random oncologist—not to shame them—and say: ‘You do a blood count, right?’ A complete blood count. You take blood and check if you’re anemic or not.” “And you give chemotherapy and radiation, and you ask: ‘What are you looking for?’ Well, we look to see if you’re anemic, so we can give you this drug made by Amgen called Epogen. We look to see if your platelets have dropped, so we can give you a platelet transfusion. We look to see if your neutrophils have dropped so you don’t get an infection, so we give you Neupogen.” “Well, the problem is, do red blood cells kill cancer? No. Do platelets kill cancer? No. Do neutrophils kill cancer? No.” “What kills cancer? Natural killer cells and T cells. So in that blood count, there’s one thing called lymphocytes. Do you look at that? No.” “The only cell that’s important, that kills cancer, and 99.9% of oncologists will say: ‘We don’t pay any attention to that.’” Even Tucker couldn’t believe it: “Why, if you’re fighting cancer, would you ignore the one cell that fights cancer?” “That’s the missing link. That’s the key element in your body.”

🚨🚨MUST WATCH🚨🚨 #Titans head coach Robert Saleh gave one of the most INCREDIBLE explanations of defensive football youever hear during a press conference. For nearly 7 minutes, Saleh broke down his defensive philosophy, why his system is so difficult to master, and how it produces ELITE defenses. He discussed learning from Pete Carroll, Vic Fangio, and Monte Kiffin, while explaining why understanding an offense is more important than simply knowing your assignment. Robert Saleh is one of the BRIGHTEST defensive minds in football. This is a MASTERCLASS in coaching. 🤯🤯🤯

5. Get in. Get the work. Get out. A reported Indiana practice—including stretching and walkthrough—was finished in roughly 90 minutes. Cignetti's philosophy: More practice isn't always better practice. Eliminate the wasted time.

Cover 7 Quick Reference Guide Nick Saban’s Cover 7 is the gold standard for split-field coverage, but mastering the full system takes years. So I built a quick reference guide: - Mod, Mix, and Bracket rules for 2x2 - Stubbie, Stump, and Mini adjustments for 3x1 - Connie, Cone, and MEG tags to protect the backside - Bingo checks against bunch sets Each coverage is explained and includes specific player roles: CB, Apex, and Safety. All straight from the coaches who taught it. My complete quick-reference manual for Saban’s Cover 7 menu is only on MatchQuarters: matchquarters.com/p/saban-bl… --

“It's feeling vs. choice. Are you going to do what you feel like doing or are you going to choose to do the things you need to do to accomplish the goals that you have?" Average players make an effort when they 'feel like it.' Great players choose to make a relentless effort.
