Micromanaging is not leadership. You don’t manage people but you lead them. Mentor teachers to maximize their strengths, but don’t micromanage them. This destroys trust, relationships and breaks down the whole team dynamic.

The season didn’t end exactly how we wanted, but that doesn’t take away the amazing run these kids had! Props to @mvms_athletics for coming out and playing a great game against us last night. I Can’t wait to see this group do big things in High School! @BMar1842 @CanyonCougarBB

Students loved being outside and getting the opportunity to filter their own water. This tied to our novel study with "A Long Walk to Water". The filters were definitely creative! #Humanities @organicteacher @ashtorres01 @BelindaServant3 @ComalWrites @AshleyGuenthner @c_quidachay

The season didn’t end how we wanted, but this group of kids worked hard everyday to get better. We improved on last year, and kept each game very competitive! Big shout out to our awesome parents for the support and spirit bags they made for us! @CoachSchmidtCMS @CoachCam11
