This is good stuff!
Guys if you don’t get it just know that’s the reason only 7.5% of highschool players play college, only half a percent of that go on to play pro ball, I figured it out wayyyyyyy too late! Trying to help y’all figure it out early to give you the best chance to succeed, FIO! Use your hands and arms to hit the ball, hitting a baseball is a fine movement, can’t use broad muscles to swing think about it 🤷🏽♂️

Had to cut one of my 13u players after practice today. Some kids just flat out can’t hit. If throwing in a 6mg ZYN and getting you a torpedo bat can’t fix you I don’t know what to tell you buddy. You just aren’t built for this. #BeElite

COACHES: Coaching today's generation of kids is about relationships and connecting with them. Players will still "run through walls" for you if they know, like, or trust you. It's not enough that you care about them. They have to know that you care about them.

HS Baseball Players
Heard this from a D1 ⚾️ coach I'm close with:
"How a player treats his parents matters an awful lot. If he shows a lack of respect towards his parents, we don't want him in our program - there's plenty of talented kids out there!
Read that 100 times.

Why do some sports parents sit alone?
- No Drama
- No Complaining
- They do not like Hearing Ignorance.
- No Badmouthing Coaches & Officials.
- They often just want to relax & Enjoy the Game!
Be a part of the solution.
Not the problem.
