🗣️ Young Coaches… 🚨 Be Great at what you are asked to do within your program before you start trying to add more to your plate! 🤝 Once you’ve earned trust within your organization by proving you can execute your tasks at a high level then it’s time to enhance other areas within your program! 📈 Continue to learn and grow… Your older self will thank you later!

🌏 Years ago I was asked to take over International Recruiting, which has led me to traveling the world to watch global prospects. I’ve realized that the relationships you build overseas is the way you gain the most traction in this space! 🤝 The first prospect that we gained from the relationships built globally was Gemma Nunez from Spain, who was no doubt the unsung hero of last year’s run to the 2nd NCAA Tournament! 🗣️ International Recruiting will now always be a part of my career and a huge element of building rosters!

🤝 Proper preparation will always give you an opportunity to be successful!
