THIS KID RAN THE FULL FIELD CHASED THE PLAYER DOWN, STRIPPED THE BALL, AND THEN RAN THE FULL FIELD BACK FOR A TOUCHDOWN.

I don't think people realize how young Medgar, Malcolm, and Martin were. Not one of them saw 40.

Today we honor Mother Viola Fletcher on her heavenly birthday. 🤍
At 7 years old, she survived the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. At 107, she testified before Congress. At 109, she published her memoir, Don’t Let Them Bury My Story. She lived 111 years as a beacon of resilience, truth, and unyielding faith.
I was proud to stand with her in the Senate fight to enshrine Greenwood — Black Wall Street — as a national monument so her story is never forgotten.
Rest in power, Mother Fletcher. Your light still guides us.

Overprotected kids become unprepared adults.
Dawn Staley nailed it.🔥
You can’t shelter your child from every hard moment and then expect them to handle adversity when it counts.
Hard is the lesson.

SIK 🏀 Player to Watch: Nic Anderson of Olathe South (6A) had a huge junior season and is name to watch this winter. As a junior, the 6’5 shooting guard averaged 18.5 points per game. Anderson is a 3 star recruit headed to Loyola Chicago next year to continue his basketball career. Anderson earned SIK All-State honors as a junior and should be a player to keep on your radar this season. #sportsinkansas
