The Farm Bureau Insurance Athlete of the Week is Ryan Ellis (Football). Ryan was a defensive standout and blocked the punt that led to a score just before half. #evertrue

Anthony Edwards said it perfectly:
“Greatness is boring.”
It’s doing the same things over and over.
The reps.
The work.
The discipline.
The standard.
Especially on the days you don’t feel like doing it.
That’s where greatness is built.

Michael Jordan says losing is not the opposite of winning, it is just another part of winning
“I hate losing. It’s not even a question. But I have to respect losing…”
“Because losing is a part of winning. You never just win. You’ve got to lose to win.”
“Losing is going to hurt… To a point where you look at… How can I do things different? How can I change? How can I make this team better?”
“Before you can look at someone else… You’ve got to look at yourself in the mirror. That’s how things get started. You’ve got to be willing to change.”

Today’s “throwback play of the day” comes from the 2017 Jack Arvin Classic (Trumbull County vs. Mahoning & Columbiana Counties) that took place on 06/15/2017.
On this first down play, @WGHFootball senior defensive back @CoachTHooks Tavon Hooks reacts quickly to a Mahoning County screen pass and delivers a monster hit for a loss of one yard. Trumbull County played stout defense throughout the contest as they went on to win 20-7.
