how to get a job that’s not even listed yet:
> pick 5 startups you’d love to work at.
> go through their website, product, onboarding and customer complaints. use Claude to find gaps in their growth/product/ or whatever you wanna fix
> stalk the founders’ posts and interviews from the last 30 days like you would stalk your ex..
> figure out what problems they’re actively trying to solve.
> find an overlap with the gaps you identified
> build the smallest possible fix. a better onboarding flow, a landing page rewrite, or a new acquisition play.
> record a 2-min Loom explaining what you found, what you’d change, and why
> cold email the founder. lead with the problem, show your solution, and explain the potential impact.
> don’t waste the first paragraph introducing yourself (intro yourself at the end if you’ve got a great work showcase)
> follow up after 4 days with another useful observation
also im not making this up…
amol avasare cold emailed mike krieger explaining why Anthropic needed a growth team. there wasn’t even a growth role listed. he got hired and went on to become their head of growth
you don’t always need a job opening to get hired.
reply “gap” and i’ll send you the tools + Claude prompt to find such gaps at any startup.

at 2L salary:

> Arjun topped his batch with a 9.6 CGPA, landed a Microsoft internship.
> Karan barely scraped through, joined Infosys.
> Dev dropped out, spent his time testing crypto apps and posting reviews on X.
Arjun writes production code at 2am and hasn’t taken a proper vacation in years.
Karan still googles Git commands and lives under constant pressure to "settle down."
Dev looked lost at first.
Year 1: 400 followers. No money.
Year 2: 2,300 followers. Got his First paid post.
Year 3: 11k followers, $5k/month from sponsorships + ~$1k biweekly from X payouts.
Now he picks what to work on, earns online, and gets called "unemployed" at family functions until they see his car.

lookmaxxing + yapmaxxing.

> probably more companies/founders will consult them to know how they did it.
I hope this doesn't become a trend 🙂

2X your salary with a single decision:
If you're working in crypto/tech/finance/management then you're an intelligent dude.
But if you still want to 2X your salary means you think you're working harder than what your income reflects. Which is mostly true.
Here's my advice to you:
Switch to @solana
> Most profitable chain right now
> Still pumps in a bear market
> Most projects are migrating to Solana
> The power law has been created
> Fading Solana simply means goimg against the tide.
How to switch?
@SuperteamEarn to build your portfolio.
@SuperteamTalent to use that portfolio to switch to Solana.
I am a Superteam talent scout and I will help you, just DM or reply with proper explanation of what you're looking for and why you deserve it.

> If I had a 160k job,
I'd start putting the excess money saved not into SIPs but into a passive income source, like rental properties.
> If I had a ₹4.5LPA job,
I'll consider applying to better jobs more important than breathing. My every awake moment will be focused towards getting a 100-200% hike.
> If I were making $3-4k/mo,
I'd start investing in a 50 - 30 - 20 manner.
50% goes into high risk high reward investments like NFT whitelists,
30% goes into medium risk assets like BTC, Eth, Sol.
20% goes into less risk assets like mutual funds and govt bonds.
My main goal would be retirement with financial freedom.
Just my thoughts on the below situations, what would you do differently?
Arjun topped his batch, got into a FAANG role at $160k.
Sameer struggled through college, joined Infosys at ₹4.5 LPA.
Kabir skipped placements, started building on Solana and YouTube.
Arjun hasn’t taken a real vacation in 2 years.
Sameer still shares a room and tells people he’s "preparing for better offers."
Kabir makes:
> $2,300/month from YouTube,
> $800 from newsletters,
> got rejected for multiple grants, but,
> flipped an NFT mint into $38k in a week,
but at family functions they still ask him,
"So beta… are you trying for gov.t jobs?"

unethical way to get a developer grant:
(for educational purposes only)
this is a 7-step method with easy, moderate, and hard parts.
Easy:
1) find a product that’s clearly winning on one chain
2) recreate the idea on a different chain with fresh branding
Moderately Hard:
3) add one genuinely better feature
4) remove one feature users barely touch or complain about
Hard:
5) pitch it as proven demand + improved execution
6) apply to the new chain’s grant program
hardest:
7) repeat very fast 🔁

In your career, there are 3 key relationships to build:
1. A mentor - someone senior to you, to learn.
2. A peer- someone on your level, to collaborate
3. A student - someone junior to you, to teach
I built such a community around 2 years ago and helped a lot of people get jobs and freelance gigs.

getting hired is hard.
hiring is even harder.
sounds contradictory but this is the reality.
we’re in a messy market:
- too many under-skilled people applying everywhere
- founders too busy to deeply assess real talent
result?
high-signal builders get lost in noise.
high-signal founders miss out on them.
bad outcomes on both sides.
that’s exactly why I joined @SuperteamTalent as a Talent Scout, to connect real builders with serious founders and help them build the future of @solana, together.
so if you're a talent waiting to be discovered, let me be the one who gets you there.

I know junior devs making 2-3L/mo and 3-5 years experienced devs who make 30k/mo.
the only difference was that the junior dev only applied to jobs above 2L/mo, while the experienced dev just wanted any job.
