GITHUB JUST KILLED THE WORST PART OF VIBE CODING they shipped a free tool called Spec Kit and it already crossed 120,000 stars the fix is stupidly simple instead of tossing vague prompts at an agent and praying it doesn't wreck your project Spec Kit makes the AI write a full structured spec before it touches a single line of code it works through the problem first figures out what you want to build asks about the gaps lays out the project then it starts coding you get fewer insane bugs, cleaner output and results you can predict the flow looks like this: /constitution for your rules and standards /specify for what you want to build /clarify for the open questions before you start /plan for architecture and stack /tasks for the ordered work /implement to run it it plugs into Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex, Gemini CLI and 25+ other agents 120,000 stars, 10,000 forks, open source, shipped by GitHub itself learning to drive agents like this is most of what separates people getting hired as AI engineers from everyone still fighting their prompts

Memo to all Arsenal fans, worldwide: we’re on the cusp of historic greatness. It’s time to park all our doubts, fears, concerns and critiques, and get 💯 behind the team until the end of the season. Let our rivals hate us - as they are - but let’s stay rock solid in our support.

Exactly 23 years ago, the #IkejaBombBlast occurred, claiming the lives of over 1,000 people. #HumAngleHistoria revisits the unimaginable horror of that day, the lives lost in the stampede and those who jumped into the canal at Ajao Estate, and the families left to mourn.

There are 12,000 nuclear weapons in the world. Just 4 of them can destroy the United States These realities are likely well known to military strategists in Russia, China, and North Korea. However, it appears that the US government operates under the illusion of invincibility, threatening others by actively seeking nuclear primacy and counterforce nuclear first-strike capabilities, while simultaneously instigating and supporting conflicts world-wide to sustain its empire Professor Steven Starr has written a compelling scenario and analysis of a fictitious EMP attack on the United States' power grids and critical national infrastructure. For easy reading on "X", I have replicated the major parts of his article in the thread 🧵 below Please also check the complete article incl. all supporting references, Source:👇 sonar21.com/an-emp-attack-on… A 100-kiloton nuclear warhead suddenly explodes 100 miles above Dallas, Texas. Two minutes later, identical nuclear warheads explode over Las Vegas, Nevada, and Columbus, Ohio. Then a fourth and larger 800-kiloton warhead explodes over the southern Yucatan Peninsula The location of these three high-altitude nuclear detonations did not have to be precise – detonations over other eastern and western locations (over Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama, or Seattle and Los Angeles) would produce very similar results. But the detonations must occur above the Earth’s atmosphere and during the darkest hours of the night. The altitude of 106 miles and extreme weather conditions were chosen to maximize the destructive effects of the EMP. The electromagnetic pulses (EMPs) produced by the first three nuclear detonations will act to almost instantly destroy the solid-state electronics that control the operation of most U.S. critical national infrastructure – including the Emergency Power Systems and active Emergency Core Cooling Systems of 26 commercial nuclear reactors

Let me say this. People, Nigerians especially, do not say the truth about migration because of our classist mindset. When someone japa, they lock up about the struggle and just go into quiet mode. They only come alive after they have made it to tell you how abroad is sweet and better than 9ja and talk about their success stories every 3 days. Nobody wants to tell you that they borrowed 15 million and they are still struggling to pay their bills abroad while being neck deep in debt. People have told you congratulations on the new dispensation. You have to live up to the hype. You're even doing jobs you're not proud of but bills have to be paid. That is not a problem. Early beginnings are part of the journey and that is okay. But classist mentality makes you think you deserve better and should be doing better in another man's land as you touch ground. You need to tell Twitter ASAP you work in PWC London or New York. There is a very high depression rate abroad. People want to come back but how do you explain that you are leaving new dispensation for old dispensation after all the congratulations. What will you even tell your debtors? Better life differ from person to person but some of you think everyone's better life must be abroad. So you hop on the bandwagon with little information. When you arrive and face the struggle, the first thing you'll hear is "dem no dey tell person." You have to come and experience it for yourself. Many people don't like the weather and struggle with it but when they post pictures in snow, you think they are flexing. Meanwhile, electricity bill wants to kill them because they can't turn off the heater. When they post pictures of in restaurant eating continental dishes, you think they are balling but half the time, they are not enjoying it but you have to impress Instagram and get your likes and compliments because everything exotic is balling to Nigerians. People that have sex like 20 times a week in Nigeria have not had sex in months and konji is affecting their mental health. Some of you can't even approach the opposite sex in 9ja where sex is easy. How do you want to cope abroad? Then there is the risk vs reward system. At the risk of abandoning everything at home for a better life abroad, what is the alternative forgone? The government own your kids. People are afraid of their kids because everyday teachers are asking if parents touched or hurt them. They can't wait to collect those kids from you. Discipline is abuse, so some send the child back home for discipline since they can't do it. People are working like elephants. You'll think you're going to join your friends abroad but when you start picking shifts, you'll understand why you in Southampton have not met your guy in Newcastle in 2 years. Roommates that live together are barely seeing because of shifts. Even husband and wife are struggling to find time to be together because one person has to be at home with the kids while the other is working. Unless you have interest in donating those kids to government. Your family friends and love ones, you wont see them in years as part of the sacrifice for japa. All you have is memories. Travelling with your partner is supposed to be the best because abroad is lonely and no neighbourly relationship. Everybody dey their lane. You have somebody to gist with, support the bills, have regular intimacy with. But some of you reach abroad and turn to witches or join community of witchcraft where you're taught how to use the system to destroy your home. This is already long so I'll stop here. Some people are happy abroad with the working system and privileges. Some are depressed. If you want to japa, that is fine. If you want to stay in 9ja, that is fine. Make sure you're doing it out of personal conviction not because people are doing it.
