🚨JUST IN: 🇬🇧 Coinsilium received shareholder approval to issue up to 600M new shares, enhancing its ability to scale its Bitcoin treasury strategy via its Forza! subsidiary.
Since May, it raised £11.62M and grew its BTC holdings from 5 to 88.67 BTC.
With this new flexibility, Coinsilium aims to accelerate acquisitions, partnerships, and treasury growth aligned with institutional interest.

I might be jumping the gun here, but does this open up Coinsilium for BTC convertible bonds like H100 and ALTBG?

Hey @adam3us we've noticed your absence from being involved with a UK-listed company. Wanna run the same playbook here? You've met @btcjvs, solid lad right?

A Bitcoin buy to take Coinsilium to 100+ Bitcoin and the announcement of the passing to expand shares (600mil + 600mil) would be amazing.

$CINGF is about to go parabolic
Raising more funds to buy more Bitcoin…,they have so many European institutional investors who want to give them money…..I’m sure company insider wants a higher stock price so they can sell less shares. Buy & HODL…$5-10 range. Buy any fake dips….

Guys I really recommend having a look at the fantastic work @RoaringRagnar does. Also had some interesting conversations with him, good lad.

Latest Comparison of BTC Treasury Companies:
$MSTR, $MTPLF, $ALTBG, $SWC, $HOGPF, $CINGF
Change log:
- Added latest $HOGPF purchase + capital raise
- Added latest $SWC capital raise
- Added latest $ALTBG capital raise
- I removed $SMLR and $KULR to simplify my sheets. I will add them back once they massively increase aggressiveness
⚠️ Important updates:
- After discussing with @RichardByworth and analyzing the dashboards of $MSTR and $MTPLF, I decided to base the mNAV calculation on the basic shares outstanding (instead on the fully diluted share count)
- BTC Yield is still calculated based on assumed fully diluted shares (consistent with $MSTR and $MTPLF)
- So now I use the $MSTR and $MTPLF standard for mNAV and BTC Yield calculations, which is a great improvement
- I calculate BTC Yield myself based on changes in BTC per share, and use the same method for all companies to have proper comparability
- I now base the months to cover on the BTC Yield of the past quarter. 30-45 days into the new quarter I will switch to the current quarter.
This is all still very experimental & manual. Lots of improvements and ideas in the pipeline (thank you all for so much valuable feedback). If possible, always provide the source and/or detailed calculations when suggesting corrections.
Follow me @RoaringRagnar so you don't miss any updates.
Feedback & discussion welcome!

Vaultz Capital "V3TC", formerly "Helium Ventures" is another company to avoid to be honest. Go listen to the live space they just did lol.
The CEO "Alex Appleton" was the CFO of Argo Blockchain.
Have a look at what happened to them.
David Lenigas has helped to seed the company at the beginning.
Look at who Alex follows on Twitter, these guys are not Bitcoiners.
Corporate faces that are jumping on the bandwagon.
The Chairman "Charlie Wood", is another Australian man with links to David Lenigas.
Same operating business as Vinanz/London Bitcoin Company in regards to doing Bitcoin mining lol.
NO idea why anyone would want to touch these companies.

If $CINGF uplist like TSSI, you would see up $.50c or $1+ not one penny. You have no access to a larger investment base or apps that allow you to trade upper exchanges, not pink….follow the formula @eddybitcoin @ForzaBitcoin @CoinsiliumGroup @malcolmpalle
No one should be selling any $CINGF shares….let it come to 1.24 range so company can sell shares at higher prices thus getting more #BTC on the raise. LFG $1.24++

Being a British Bitcoiner, it does make me smile to see @malcolmpalle from Coinsilium, and then @asjwebley from Smarter Web go back to back on the Digital Conference and give a great performance.
Those who have been in Bitcoin from the UK for a while now, would have gotten used to all the voices and innovation coming from the US 🇺🇸.
With Coinsilium ranked 74 on the top 100 Bitcoin Treasuries list, and Smarter Web with enough BTC + cash to be ranked 25, it definitely feels like huge progress.
Let's hope both continue to climb the ladder.
