Leadership is not about pulling people to follow your path. It's about shining enough light for them to find their own route.
Bosses aim to wield power. They issue commands to maintain control.
Leaders strive to empower. They delegate authority to unleash potential.

In recognition of #ColorectalCancerAwarenessMonth, patients, caregivers, and survivors are being displayed on the NASDAQ screen in Times Square.
We're excited that the @Nasdaq recognized March as Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month in such a public manner. In some cases, the disease is preventable through screening and treatable when found early, yet only half of those who should be tested actually get screened. 50,000 Americans die each year from #colorectalcancer, and we are now at a critical juncture that requires greater public #awareness and support—NASDAQ's help in increasing awareness is invaluable.

If you are turning 45 in 2023, it is time to schedule your #colonoscopy.
A colonoscopy is a medical procedure that allows a doctor to visually examine your entire colon & rectum using a scope. Most often, gastroenterologists (GIs) are the physicians performing the procedures.
