Based on the CT scan (recently posted), this is how we prepare before surgery @MDAndersonNews. We have weekly panc preop conf with fellows to review scans and discuss surg approach, lead by CW Tzeng. Sketch is optional, but thorough review of scans are mandatory for fellows.
