Only Israeli citizens can vote in Israeli elections, and Palestinians are NOT Israeli citizens.
Palestinians in East Jerusalem were offered the opportunity to obtain Israeli citizenship. They declined.
Gazans are (AGAIN) NOT Israeli citizens. And the last time they voted in Palestinian legislative elections was in 2006, when Hamas, a designated terrorist organization, won.
