By the way, @ConfluenceEvent is not a Johnadek production. There are people behind this thing. People doing the work, solving problems, people sacrificing weekends, arguing over tiny details, importantly people keeping me sane. ๐Ÿคฃ I'll introduce some of them soon.

Iโ€™ve decided to spend the next 30 days talking about the things Iโ€™m building. Because sometimes you spend so much time building that you forget to tell people what exactly youโ€™re building. Confluence is coming. Blockchain LAUTECH is building. And I have a lot to say. Letโ€™s begin.

NOT CANCELLED, JUST BUFFERING Confluence 2.0 isn't cancelled, it's postponed to November 12th to 14th, 2026. Changing dates is never ideal, especially for those who'd already made plans. But I'd rather the team take the extra time to deliver the experience they promised than rush something average. Africa's largest student-led Web3 event deserves that. I'll appreciate you take your time to update your calendars, tell your people, and let's show up big. See you there!

Phew! I almost missed today. As the day draws near, the pressure becomes much. Anyway, I want someone in Lagos to see @ConfluenceEvent and think โ€œWait, there's a serious tech event happening in Ogbomoso? I need to be there.โ€ That's the goal. And yeah, this is not because Lagos/other major cities aren't great, but because I believe opportunity should not have a postcode.
