I seem to have ratioed The Chancellor John Healey @JohnHealey_MP. I think it’s probably because British people (the real British people who can string a sentence together in English) are sick and tired of this government giving gimmigrants everything and us paying for it.

Energy Fuels $UUUU will hold a conference call with a Q&A session on Thursday, November 5. These calls usually offer a great way to get to know the management, as they answer to unscripted questions. So tune in, if you are interested.
For under $2B you can now buy: - White Mesa Mill - Pinyon Plain - Roca Honda - Sheep Mountain - Portfolio of smaller uranium projects - Vara Mada Project - All rare earths from the Donald Project - Bahia Project - 100% of Australian Strategic Materials - Lots and lots of intellectual property And if you pay over $3B, you’ll also get a 100+ years old magnet manufacturer That asset portfolio at its current stage also exposes you to: - Management risk - Funding risk - Market risk (ree, magnets, uranium, hms) - Construction risk - Timeline risk - Geopolitical risk - Logistical risk - US policy risk - Australia policy risk - Madagascar policy risk - South Korea policy risk - Brazil policy risk And all the other mining, and other kind of risks that are present in investing. I wrote my first Energy Fuels Substack-article over a year ago and got a lot of praise about explaining the complexities of the company. And that was before ASM & VAC or any upstream aspirations. As I write this, the company is even more complex, following the recent acquisitions. Because of the said complexity and pretty much a completely new business model being implemented (from a small domestic uranium producer into a global magnet manufacturing powerhouse), Energy Fuels is more or less a management play. It is not a Warren Buffett’s favourite kind of business, that even an idiot could run it without destroying shareholder value. Given my long journey with the company, you can definitely consider me biased when I say that I trust the management in this. I think the management have been able to create a lot of shareholder value by taking a longer term view and really utilizing White Mesa’s full potential. Apart from some ways to raise cash (In my opinion it is a wrong approach to use ATM to issue shares at lower prices when you could also sell your uranium inventory. I’m not happy about the decisions to hoard uranium and ’waiting higher prices’ and using that as an excuse to sell shares. IMO the priorities are wrong and the last thing you should always touch is your share capital. Sell the uranium inventory first. 10% rise in uranium price is not gonna make that much of a difference anyway. In normal market conditions the uranium price also have leveraged effect into the share price. I have voiced these concerns to the management fwiw). Other than that one concern, I’ve been pretty happy shareholder. It is a pity that the godfather of this long term strategy, Mark Chalmers, retired earlier this year, but him remaining as an advisor is definitely comforting. New CEO Ross Bhappu inherited a great and ambitious company with the brilliant long-time employees like Curtis Moore and Dan Kapostasy climbing up the ranks and taking more and more responsibility. People come and go, but I think that the foundation and company culture of Energy Fuels is still in place, despite Ross took the reigns from Mark. I wanted to write some quick thoughts about Energy Fuels since the share price has corrected hard and been in the toilet for a while. In my opinion the big picture has not changed. The possibilities are still there, but so are the risks. There is no doubt about the quality of the assets, but bringing them into life and get them to generate profits for the shareholders is a different question. Question about management abilities, imo.

So many governments are introducing digital surveillance legislation and proposals that I can barely keep up. Australia is right up there with the EU and UK. They put China and Russia to shame.
Today, the government's so-called Digital Duty of Care bill passed the House of Representatives. This is the latest attempt by Labor to control what Australians see and hear online. This censorship law: ❌ incentivises the removal of lawful speech ❌ grants vague and sweeping powers to the minister and eSafety Commissioner ❌ introduces new regulatory burdens on small business ❌ includes covert surveillance powers by allowing fake ‘sock puppet’ accounts to track users online ❌ puts Australians’ online safety at risk by abolishing the mandatory codes and standards which proactively regulate unlawful and age-restricted material The government's eleventh hour amendments to its own bill shows what a dog's breakfast this is. We expect other serious defects with the bill will emerge in the upcoming Senate inquiry. It’s part of a pattern of failure in this portfolio. Labor had to bring in a bill to fix its under 16s social media ban just six months after the law took effect, and it has botched the rollout of the ban with 70 per cent of kids still on social media platforms, according to eSafety’s own research. Labor can’t get online safety right. Australian families deserve better than policy made on the run.

For six years I’ve had a front-row seat to Toshi’s journey. Watching him become an exceptional trader has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my coaching career. Now he’s sharing what he’s learned, and traders of every kind, professional, institutional and retail, would do well to read it. Here he takes the Performance Process Cycle from my book and does exactly what I hope every reader will: rebuilds it around his own psyche. One line captures it: “alignment of mind and process is key.” A framework only becomes useful when it stops being the author’s and becomes yours. This one is now unmistakably Toshi’s. Pay particular attention to his take on Letting Go. Starting every trade with an empty cup isn’t a nice idea. It’s an edge.
This post required me to be very meaningful and specific about my trade selection process Enjoy h/t @AlphaMind101 toshim.substack.com/p/being-…

💥 #BoomAlert #Uranium💥📰 Energy Fuels $UUUU $EFR.TO advances Donald Project in Australia 🇦🇺 (one of the world’s largest REE resources outside China) with conditional A$180M government financing toward Phase 1 FID by year-end. Shovel-ready, 40-year life, ~9ktpa REEC + 225ktpa zircon/TiO2 feedstock that feeds White Mesa Mill 🇺🇸 and builds a diversified juggernaut in uranium + rare earths. This is very big for Western mine-to-magnet supply, and should bode well in the US 🇺🇸. I don't own enough! 🤠🐂 #RareEarths #CriticalMinerals #Nuclear #smr

#Uranium I’ve taken a closer look at the uranium charts, and I have to say, I don’t like what I see. Just because many uranium stocks are oversold doesn’t make them a buy in my book. They could easily bounce a little and then continue falling. Given how badly damaged these charts are, I believe we haven’t seen the capitulation low yet. These four charts are just examples. I’ve looked at the miners across the sector, and in my view, there’s still plenty of room to the downside 🥸 Good luck catching that falling knife😶‍🌫️ $UEC #URNM #URNJ #URA / #UX1
