What’s even worse is @Swiggy customer support: when I raised the issue, I wasn’t even allowed to speak to a customer service agent, let alone properly explain the problem. I expect this to be investigated seriously and a proper response—not an automated reply.

Why is there NO FORECLOSURE OPTION in your app? Why should I have to waste an entire week chasing your company to close a loan that I’m willing to pay off immediately? And while I’m waiting, you’re continuing to charge me interest at 26%. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Very disappointed with my 2022 Tata Nexon EV. Today I drove just 9 km and the battery dropped from 100% to 92%. Visited Saniya Tata Motors, Aurangabad 3 times but the issue remains unresolved. The car is under warranty and far from the advertised 312 km range.
