Asian Games 2026 should force Indian sports to ask some uncomfortable questions. Shooting, badminton, athletics were among the disciplines where we expected India to compete strongly. Yet the performances so far have raised serious concerns, especially when compared with what we achieved in 2022. Shooting alone brought us 22 medals in 2022, including 7 Gold. Badminton delivered 3 medals, athletics 29 and equestrian 2. Four years later, instead of seeing the progress we were promised, we are seeing worrying signs of regression in some of our key disciplines. This is not about blaming athletes. They deserve our support. But who takes responsibility for the system behind them? Four years is a long time in sport. Where did the preparation go wrong? Are selections, fitness, coaching, support staff and high-performance programmes actually delivering? And the biggest question of all: where is the accountability for the money being spent on Indian sport? We cannot keep celebrating funding, infrastructure and big promises while avoiding hard questions when performances go backwards. @Media_SAI @BAI_Media @afiindia The athletes deserve better. Indian sports deserves answers. #AsianGames2026 #IndianSports

Saurav visited schools in Punjab, pointed out the shortcomings, and the Education Minister met him and assured action. Ashu did the same in Karnataka. The Education Minister met him and assured action. But when we expose poor conditions in schools in BJP-ruled states, they send goons after our team. Why is the BJP so afraid of accountability? Why is the BJP against education?

ABHIJEET 🔥: I received threats: join BJP and life will be better for you and your family. I am the age of Modi and Shah’s grandchildren. What is their power worth if they must threaten children? REPORTER: Ramdev says this movement is corrupting an entire generation. ABHIJEET 🎯: If fighting for democracy, education and our future corrupts sanskar, then yes, we are doing it. Same situation, different reactions.
A week after Tibetan independence activist Lobga Rangzen self-immolated near the UN headquarters in New York, protesters gathered to demand international action on Tibet and raise concerns about China's new ethnic unity law

This is the screen recording of our audience demographic which we have shared with media before our account was hacked. More than 94% of the audience is from India. Why is a Union Minister @KirenRijiju labelling Indian youth as Pakistani?
I pity those who seek their followers in social media from Pakistan & George Soros gang.

His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Born in Hyderabad. His parents called him Srinu. He came to America in 2006 for his master's. Graduated with a 3.85 GPA. Worked his way up from software engineer to aviation programs manager at Garmin in Kansas. His manager said one thing about him. Top of his class kind of guy. He built a home in Kansas with his wife. Painted the walls himself. Installed the garage door himself. A few weeks before he died, they had a doctor's appointment. They were trying to start a family. He would have turned 33 on March 9. On February 22 2017, he and his friend Alok stopped at a bar after work to watch a basketball game. An ordinary Wednesday evening. A man there had been watching them for weeks. Told others they looked like terrorists. That night, he walked up to their table. Poked Srinivas in the chest. Demanded to know their immigration status. Shouted get out of my country. Other patrons threw him out. He drove home. Got his gun. Changed his shirt so nobody would recognise him. Came back. He fired eight rounds. Srinivas died that night. As the killer fled, he told someone he had just killed two Iranians. Srinivas was Indian. From Hyderabad. Eleven years in America. Not one complaint against him. Not one rule broken. His mother had asked him many times to come back if he ever felt unsafe. He always told her he was safe. His body came home to Hyderabad in a coffin. His mother wailed as it was carried through the streets in a flower laden carriage. She said she would not allow her younger son to go back to America. His father said whatever was destined has happened. The killer got three life sentences. Srinivas got a funeral at 32. He did everything right. Degree. Visa. Job. Taxes. Never raised his voice at anyone. None of it was enough. His name was Srinivas Kuchibhotla. Every Indian in the US deserves to know it.

I was at the AI Summit yesterday. Saw hundreds of good products by Indian companies. Unfortunately the only talk of the town is a stupid act by one university. Probably we don’t innovate as much because we never appreciate the ones who try. We keep cribbing about what’s wrong - always. PS: Don’t make this political. It’s not about one government or the other. It’s about what we should change in us.
I attended the AI Impact Summit today. 5 made in India AI Products BLEW my mind: 1. EkaScribe: A doctor in a busy rural clinic see 5 patients without touching a keyboard. The AI handles the prescriptions, history, and filing. 2. Ottobots: Made in India autonomous robots that can deliver medicines in hospitals, navigating elevators and cooridors by themselves (no more family members rushing to pharmacies). 3. Sarvam Kaze: Sleek, Made-in-India AI spectacles that "see" what you see. They don't just record - they explain the world to you in your local language via bone conduction like a genius translator whispering in your ear. 4. Sarvam Edge: AI that runs on your phone with zero internet - translates 22 languages in real-time even while you're in a basement. 5. Mankomb’s "Chewie": AI native kitchen appliance that literally eats your waste. It converts wet waste - bones, meat, and fluids into nutrient rich "RegenSoil" in hours using real-time AI sensors.

₹1.5 Lakh Crore spent on Smart Cities in the last 10 years. Can someone show even one truly smart city in India? Where has all this money gone? 🧐
The Smart Cities Mission was launched on June 25, 2015. Ten years have passed. The March 31, 2025 deadline is over. Lakhs of crores have been spent. A thread 🧵

So @mybmc is finally putting a price on chalta hai. As of today, @mybmc is enforcing the 2025 Sanitation Bylaws. It is not just about littering anymore: 🚫 Spitting: Rs 250 🚫 Feeding pigeons: Rs 500 🚫 Not segregating waste: Rs 200 🚫 Washing cars/clothes in Public: Rs 300-500 🚫 Illegal debris: Up to Rs 25,000 The twist? If you cannot pay, you sweep. Community service is now a legal penalty. Also, organisers of public events must restore cleanliness within 4 hours of the event ending, or they lose their security deposit. Let's see if this finally cleans up our streets.

This is one of the most important studies in sleep science. Van Dongen et al. ran the experiment that changed how we understand chronic sleep restriction. They had subjects sleep 4h, 6h, or 8h nightly for 14 days, testing cognitive performance every 2 hours. The 6h group’s reaction time deficits by day 14 matched subjects who had been awake for 24 hours straight. The 4h group? They performed like someone awake 48 hours. But here’s what makes this study terrifying. The Stanford Sleepiness Scale ratings in Panel B plateau after day 3-4. Subjects stopped feeling more tired even as their cognitive performance continued deteriorating through day 14. Your subjective experience of fatigue is a lagging indicator that eventually just… stops updating. This explains why chronic undersleeping feels sustainable. You’ve adapted to feeling tired. Your prefrontal cortex hasn’t adapted to being impaired. The PVT (Psychomotor Vigilance Task) in Panel A measures lapses in attention. These are the moments where you’re staring at a screen and your brain simply checks out for 500ms. Every additional day of 6h sleep adds more lapses. The curve never flattens. Panel C and D show working memory and processing speed. Same pattern: continuous degradation with no subjective awareness. The practical implications: If you’re sleeping 6h and think you’re functioning fine, you’ve lost the internal calibration to know you’re not. The subjects in this study would have told you they felt “okay” while performing like they’d pulled an all-nighter. For anyone doing cognitively demanding work, this means you cannot trust how you feel. You need to track objective markers: error rates, decision latency, problem-solving throughput. Sleep need is biological, not negotiable. Most adults require 7-9 hours, and the research shows no population-level adaptation to chronic restriction. “I only need 6 hours” is almost always “I’ve forgotten what baseline cognition feels like.“
Competitive gamers: 6h of sleep is a hidden nerf. 6h/night for 2 weeks → reaction time & attention decline to the equivalent of pulling MULTIPLE all-nighters. Worst part: subjective fatigue plateaus, so you stop noticing. If you're not getting 7+ hours/night, you're trolling.

India gets distracted by ideological debates. For now, the only thing that matters is economic growth. Whichever ideology manages to deliver economic growth will end up as the elite. That could be Hindutva or liberal secularism. So please embrace free markets! <link below>
