I think it's funny that I stopped tracking my #100daysofcode because I was too busy coding every day 😄
Anyway, after 6 months of hard work with @ManchesterCodes I am finally a proud graduate! 🥳
Here's a post I made on LinkedIn about it: linkedin.com/posts/cora-marc…

Anyone else re-reads strong emails they've sent at work that makes them look very professional and competent just as a quick confidence boost sometimes?
Like "yeah, I wrote that, I'm a good email writer, I entirely got this" and then happily move on with your day.
Final Projects time at @ManchesterCodes
Our group is going to make a fun little React web app called✨Bish Bash Dosh!✨
Parents create household chores
💷with price tags💷
and the kids can pick and choose which one they do.
Finish a task, get some pocket money. Bish Bash Dosh!
I forgot to tweet, but my coding progress has been looking like this lately:
SQL - fun, but cry
HTTP requests - fun, less cry
APIs with Express JS - fun, scared cry

Bless you @ManchesterCodes for recording lectures!
I'm diligently catching up on SQL stuff and patting myself on the back for every little thing that I learn.

Just told my cat: "I gave you so much attention today, you OWE me some cuddles" and proceeded to shove my whole face in his soft fur while he was chilling on the bed.
I have become all the creepy men everywhere. I am them. This is terrible.
This whole containers-images and Docker thing sounds great. Except what the even hell?

People say they regret rushing to adulthood and they didn't know how good they had it as kids. But listen.
I just went to grab my morning latte, reached for a mug, and out of the corner of my eye I saw a wine glass.
No adult around to tell me I couldn't!
I'M THE ADULT NOW!
Finished my Cruise Ships project with @ManchesterCodes after feeling like an impostor and loser for days. Code will manage to find your deepest insecurities and make a terrible art display of them all just for you.
But hey, I did it!

Today I'm just pissed at code. I hate it and I'm pretty sure it hates me back.

I got this #Java joke so obviously I am godess of all knowledge.
Remembering to git push after every new feature that I finish is my comfort blanket.

Note to self: the data- attribute in HTML and the dataset object in JS have an agreement about spelling conventions that works. Remember that before you freak out about your code.
data-first-box
becomes
dataset.firstBox

It takes quite a bit of willpower to read an in-depth article about code rather than just do the coding, doesn't it?
Here's one great article about IIFEs:

Man, IIFEs (Immediately Invoked Function Expressions) are great! Especially when used for closure too.
Both concepts take a while to really get, but both are effin' cool, man! This is why I get excited about code!

Can't believe I've already finished the first module at @ManchesterCodes!
@jennyardrey, @Dev_Arrowsmith and Berk, you guys are genuinely a joy to work with and learn from.
So stoked about the Back End module coming up soon! 💃
