Look at what DLA Piper partners Caryn Schechtman and Bob Alessi just did in our case… two weeks ago Caryn Schechtman tried to get word to me not to say a word publicly about DLA Piper while, unbeknownst to us, they were quietly pushing their pro hac vice admission through behind the scenes so the public and President Trump would never see it coming! When my attorney David Willson walked into that hearing, where they would not even let attorney Stephanie Lambert in the room, and confronted them over this massive conflict of interest, Caryn Schechtman actually threatened my attorney with SANCTIONS if we dared oppose them or file anything exposing their Smartmatic conflict to the court, the public, and @POTUS! My attorney looked right at her and said, "What are you, the plaintiff?" And while that was happening, DLA Piper partner Bob Alessi was sitting right next to Eric Coomer's lawyer Charlie Cain… the same Charlie Cain who tried to physically go after 80 year old attorney Peter Ticktin, President Trump's friend, down in Florida… whispering back and forth with Coomer's counsel at the table like they are on the exact same team! @POTUS @realDonaldTrump, how in the world did this law firm get anywhere near your defense?! How do you let a Smartmatic tied law firm put the wolf right inside the henhouse on a cut and dry case where we already proved by Eric Coomer's own admissions and depositions that he is a flat out liar?! This is the exact same Eric Coomer who was on the CISA call on November 2, 2020 the day before the election, who had live VPN access into the election system databases ON ELECTION NIGHT, November 3, 2020 while sitting in Cook County, Chicago that other people inside Dominion set up for him, and who then went before the Georgia grand jury to get you indicted and perjured himself claiming he had neither the access nor the capability! We proved he had the access, we proved he had the motive, and the whole country lived through what happened in 2020! Ten percent… that is what Kansas is calling a check on the count. Secretary of State Scott Schwab ordered close-race audits in six contests decided by less than one percent, the governor's race, secretary of state, attorney general and three House districts, and the way it works is county officials hand count the ballots in 10% of the precincts and compare them to what the tabulators said. The other ninety percent never get a second look from a human being in this audit. Not one. Now keep in mind what is sitting on the table. Cindy Holscher is ahead of Ty Masterson by a few thousand votes out of more than a million cast, the AP has not called it, certification is still pending, and the people of Kansas are being told a sample is the same thing as the truth. If the machine count is right, a full hand count proves it and everybody goes home. If it is wrong, ten percent is just enough to say you looked and not enough to find anything. How is that an audit? Who decided a coin flip governor's race gets a peek instead of a count? I have watched this same play in Colorado for years... the people who run the system pick the sample, grade their own homework, and then hold a press conference about how secure it all was. Make no mistake, I am not saying I know who won Kansas. I am saying nobody knows yet, and a 10% check is built so nobody ever really has to. Here is the reality. Every ballot in a race this close should be counted by hand, in public, with observers from both sides watching every stack and the chain of custody on every mail ballot laid out for anyone who asks. It is not radical, it is what counting meant before we handed it to tabulators and vendors and told ourselves to trust the screen. Scott Schwab, you have the authority and you have the moment. Count every precinct by hand. All of them. And Ty Masterson, do not concede to a sample. Pray, Stand, Speak, ACT.
