When I ran the Antitrust Division, we went up against the biggest companies in the world, and the teams across the table were always bigger than ours. What we had were great lawyers who knew their cases and the law cold. I kept thinking about what those lawyers could accomplish with technology that really understood their work, knew what they were trying to achieve, and met our exacting standards for judgment and intellectual rigor. Nothing on the market was fit for purpose, so we built it with an incredible team. Breakthrough tech for private and public enforcers.nytimes.com/2026/10/28/busin…

Lesbian Muslims from Uganda sought safety to Israel after persecution for being LGBT. Israel welcomed them with open arms. "Back home they were hunting us. They wanted to kill us... even my family when they discovered that I'm a lesbian." WOW. Israel truly is GOATed💙

Good. They all should have paid less.

Israel has continuously fought defensive wars (Gaza, Lebanon, Houtis, Iran, etc.). It is a country the size of NJ and their neighbors won’t leave them alone. It is the only democracy in the region; the only place where women and gays have any rights at all.

Your selective outrage at the only democracy in a region filled with authoritarian “ethnostates” (several of which have slavery and ban Jews) is just Jew hatred and prejudice.

The idea that “supremacy” is part of Judaism is an antisemitic trope you’ve internalized. Zionism is a national liberation movement for a people that had nearly been exterminated, surrounded by groups whose express goal is to finish Hitler’s job.

Where this started is that I was defending Einat’s point that if Palestinians want peace and 2 states, they have to give up on controlling both states. You agreed. Absent a willingness to accept Jewish sovereignty on part of the land, there will never be a Palestinian state.

Your post backhandedly admits that Israel gave up land for peace! And Israel pulled every living and dead Jew out of Gaza only for the Gazans to elect terrorists bent on Israel’s destruction, and for those terrorists to crush Palestinian opposition and create a terror launch pad

And as to ancestral rights, for more than 80 years the Jews and international community supported 2 states. Israel accepted (and this has a state) and the Palestinian Arabs rejected (and thus don’t).

The West Bank and Gaza aren’t countries; if Israel didn’t attempt to control Gaza’s borders it would be a launching site for more terror; Gaza has a border with Egypt; and the west bank with Jordan so I don’t know what you are trying to say.

Untrue. There is nothing illogical in demanding that Palestinians purporting to support a 2 state solution, give up the idea that they get to determine the immigration policies of both states.

Israel has given land for peace for its entire existence. It gave back the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt, parts of the West Bank to Palestinians, and pulled entirely out of Gaza in 2005. And yet terrorists continually attack Israeli civilians.

Israel is a country with borders and the ability to set its own immigration policies—just like every other country. Pakistanis whose parents were born in India don’t have the “right” to return to India. Until people accept that, there won’t be peace.

The Firm filed a class action lawsuit against the Dept. of Ed for reporting canceled student loans as unpaid debts on credit reports. An estimated $4.6 billion in canceled debt is still being reported for more than 300,000 borrowers. @cramerecramer bergermontague.com/news/borr…
