Firstly, it's great to see CSK revamping the entire staff. It was a long time due.
Ik cricket team support staff are not that important in say a T20 league.
But they were relied for far too many years by CSK.
Also, you need to give Zak a free hand to set up his way.

If this keeps happening, it will only accelerate the sidelining of Pakistani players from franchise cricket. They're already effectively shut out of a huge swathe of the franchise circuit. This sort of thing will not help.
Next gen play List A cricket, but not enough games in List A format.
