#TheCryptocalypseChronicles: Spencer Pratt As Avatar Of Crypto's Assault On American Democracy
Why is Epstein's close friend / crypto partner Brock Pierce all over Spencer Pratt's failed campaign for LA mayor and the ensuing war on electoral reality?

Hardware wallets are super low-tech devices running extremely simple firmware. The only ongoing demand users have of the manufacturer is not to leak their data to bad actors. That the bitcoin space has fumbled something so basic is deeply embarrassing. You are not serious people.

Kimberly Guilfoyle is the latest to embarrass the #Trump administration, #MAGA & #GOP w/ dubious credentials or questionable friends. ENTIRETY of PingCap database used by linkedin, flipkart, airbnb etc. has been copied and stolen due to customer credentials being stored directly in support tickets (LOL)
Attackers ran exfiltration directly on their cloud (LOL) pipeline ran for 22 days, exfiltrating data every 6 hours and NO ONE noticed. Worse, PingCap denies all of it.
Average SRE salary is $300,000 at PingCap btw

“Hinton said that the AI venture capitalists Marc Andreessen and Peter Thiel, and the CEO of the newly rebranded SpaceXSI, Elon Musk, “don’t believe in democracy”. They see themselves as “Übermenschen” who believe they should “control society” and that Trump is a useful instrument in that aim, he said.”

Chinese hackers used DeepSeek + Claude Code to breach 100+ companies.
but forgot to put passwords on their own agent dashboards. so researchers found 20 exposed dashboards and could literally watch the agents work.
we’re literally in the age of autonomous 24/7 vibe hacking.
HOLY WTF. Reuters is reporting that a Chinese-speaking hacker used AI agents to compromise websites belonging to more than 100 companies, including Deere, SharkNinja and Cummins, after attempting intrusions against over 1,200 sites.
The estimated cost: roughly $5,000 in AI tokens, or $50 per successful breach. Successful intrusions took around 23 hours on average.
The attackers used the open-source Cairn agent framework, apparently combining DeepSeek models with a Claude Code harness. One campaign gave its agents instructions in fewer than 100 Chinese characters.

Fantastic piece by @mikulaja on the OCC’s new “debanking” report and the scant evidence produced.
Ps: it has to really chap the crypto bros that the OCC says almost zero about crypto being “debanked” (have to put that in quotes because it’s really just de-risking).
This is a helluva good read on debanking, reputation risk, AML, etc. by @mikulaja. There is so much to unpack here. Just go read it. substack.com/home/post/p-220…
