Not surprising given how easy looping $USDe is now through @EthenaPayβs Earn+β¦ one click!
As a reminder, looping USDe is simply taking a leveraged position to earn a higher APY. USDe is posted as collateral to borrow more cash, and that cash is used to buy more USDe. Itβs akin to using margin on your stock portfolio to buy more stocks.
Excited to see what this looks like as caps are increased and more Ethena Pay users are onboarded.
$USDe everywhere.

the dems are much more interested in the blatant corruption and war crimes than internet money regulation imo. they are what wins them the next election and that's all governments ever care about
if crypto is attacked it will be the part that should be attacked which is the obvious scams that trump n co extracted from

ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 β Ethena
γ
€
Everyone is watching $USDT and $USDC.
γ
€
But what about the project building a synthetic dollar that can also generate yield?
γ
€
Meet ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 β Ethena.
γ
€
A DeFi protocol behind USDe, a synthetic dollar designed to maintain its value through collateral and hedging strategies.
γ
€
Unlike traditional stablecoins, USDe doesn't rely entirely on cash and government bonds.
γ
€
Instead, Ethena combines crypto collateral, short futures positions, and liquid stablecoins.
γ
€
But here's the big question.
γ
€
If USDe becomes a major digital dollar, how much of that success will benefit ENA holders?
γ
€
Save this checklist.
γ
€
01 | WHAT DOES ETHENA DO?
γ
€
Ethena is building crypto-native dollar infrastructure.
γ
€
Its main products include:
β’ USDe β Synthetic dollar.
β’ sUSDe β Yield-bearing savings token.
β’ ENA β Governance and ecosystem token.
β’ sENA β Staked ENA.
β’ USDtb β Stablecoin backed by reserve assets.
γ
€
The idea is simple.
γ
€
Create digital dollars that can operate across crypto markets without depending entirely on traditional banking infrastructure.
γ
€
02 | HOW USDe WORKS
γ
€
Imagine Ethena holds $100 worth of ETH.
γ
€
If ETH falls 10%, that collateral loses value.
γ
€
But Ethena can also hold an equivalent short futures position.
γ
€
When ETH falls, the short position may gain value.
γ
€
The goal is to offset price movements.
γ
€
This strategy is called delta hedging.
γ
€
USDe can also be backed by liquid stablecoins and other approved assets.
γ
€
But hedging doesn't eliminate every risk.
γ
€
Exchange failures, funding costs, liquidity shortages, and imperfect hedges can still create losses.
γ
€
03 | WHERE DOES THE YIELD COME FROM?
γ
€
Ethena can generate returns from:
β’ Perpetual futures funding payments.
β’ Staking rewards on eligible collateral.
β’ Returns on certain reserve assets.
γ
€
When funding rates are positive, short positions may receive payments from long traders.
γ
€
But funding rates can also turn negative.
γ
€
That's why USDe yields aren't fixed.
γ
€
And they're not guaranteed.
γ
€
04 | USDe VS sUSDe
γ
€
This distinction matters.
γ
€
USDe is designed to maintain a value near $1.
γ
€
sUSDe represents USDe deposited into Ethena's savings system.
γ
€
Eligible protocol earnings can increase the amount of USDe redeemable per sUSDe.
γ
€
But USDe itself doesn't automatically pay yield simply because someone holds it.
γ
€
And sUSDe returns depend on the protocol's performance and distribution policies.
γ
€
05 | THE STABLECOIN OPPORTUNITY
γ
€
Stablecoins are one of crypto's biggest real-world use cases.
γ
€
People use them for:
β’ Trading.
β’ Payments.
β’ Lending.
β’ Savings.
β’ Cross-border transfers.
β’ DeFi collateral.
γ
€
Ethena wants USDe to become an important part of this market.
γ
€
But it competes with established products such as USDT, USDC, and DAI/USDS.
γ
€
The challenge is convincing users that USDe's yield opportunities justify its additional risks.
γ
€
06 | THE ENA TOKEN
γ
€
ENA is the governance and ecosystem token of Ethena.
γ
€
It supports:
β’ Governance participation.
β’ Staking through sENA.
β’ Ecosystem incentives.
β’ Partner reward programs.
β’ Potential protocol value-capture mechanisms.
γ
€
But there's an important distinction.
γ
€
ENA is not the same as USDe.
γ
€
Buying ENA doesn't give investors a direct claim on the collateral backing USDe.
γ
€
And ENA holders don't automatically receive all the revenue generated by Ethena.
γ
€
07 | THE REAL NUMBERS
γ
€
Key tokenomics:
γ
€
β’ 15B ENA β Total supply.
β’ ~13.4B ENA β Reported circulating supply.
β’ 30% β Core contributors.
β’ 25% β Investors.
β’ 30% β Ecosystem development and airdrops.
β’ 15% β Foundation.
γ
€
ENA has a fixed total supply.
γ
€
But the circulating amount can increase as previously allocated tokens become liquid.
γ
€
This is one of the most important risks for investors.
γ
€
08 | THE UNLOCK PROBLEM
γ
€
ENA's original vesting schedule runs through 2028.
γ
€
Some token releases have already taken place.
γ
€
And additional supply is scheduled to enter the market.
γ
€
A vesting tracker estimates a December 1, 2026 release of approximately 275 million ENA.
γ
€
But recent changes to investor unlock arrangements mean trackers may not agree.
γ
€
Investors should monitor:
β’ Team distributions.
β’ Foundation releases.
β’ Ecosystem incentives.
β’ Large holder transfers.
β’ Exchange inflows.
γ
€
An unlock doesn't guarantee immediate selling.
γ
€
But additional liquid supply can create price pressure.
γ
€
09 | THE FEE SWITCH OPPORTUNITY
γ
€
This is one of the most interesting developments for ENA.
γ
€
Ethena has proposed a framework linking protocol revenue to ENA buybacks.
γ
€
Under the proposed model, buyback allocations would increase as USDe supply reaches larger milestones.
γ
€
The proposed thresholds include:
β’ $7.5B USDe β 5% revenue take.
β’ $10B USDe β 10%.
β’ $15B USDe β 15%.
β’ $20B USDe β 20%.
γ
€
These are proposed parameters, not guaranteed current distributions.
γ
€
Implementation depends on governance decisions and the applicable conditions.
γ
€
If recurring buybacks become active, they could improve ENA's connection to protocol economics.
γ
€
But buybacks aren't the same as dividends.
γ
€
10 | THE VALUE CAPTURE QUESTION
γ
€
Imagine USDe grows into a $20 billion product.
γ
€
More users.
More collateral.
More integrations.
More revenue opportunities.
γ
€
That's positive for Ethena's business.
γ
€
But does it automatically make ENA more valuable?
γ
€
Not necessarily.
γ
€
The key is how much revenue is actually directed toward ENA.
γ
€
I would monitor:
β’ USDe circulating supply.
β’ Net protocol revenue.
β’ Reserve fund strength.
β’ ENA buyback execution.
β’ Upcoming token releases.
γ
€
Because protocol growth and tokenholder returns are not always the same thing.
γ
€
11 | THE COMPETITION
γ
€
Ethena competes across several markets.
γ
€
β’ $USDT β Tether.
β’ $USDC β Circle.
β’ $DAI / $USDS β Sky ecosystem.
β’ $FRAX β Frax Finance.
β’ ethereum:0x7fc66500c84a76ad7e9c93437bfc5ac33e2ddae9 β DeFi lending and savings.
γ
€
Ethena's biggest advantage is its crypto-native yield strategy.
γ
€
Its biggest challenge is managing risk while attracting long-term stablecoin demand.
γ
€
12 | THE VALUATION QUESTION
γ
€
Using the full 15 billion ENA supply:
γ
€
β’ $0.10 ENA = $1.5B valuation.
β’ $0.20 ENA = $3B.
β’ $0.50 ENA = $7.5B.
β’ $1 ENA = $15B.
β’ $2 ENA = $30B.
β’ $3 ENA = $45B.
γ
€
These are hypothetical fully diluted valuations, not price targets.
γ
€
A $1 ENA price would represent a $15 billion fully diluted valuation.
γ
€
The important question is whether Ethena's growth and ENA's economic rights can justify that valuation.
γ
€
13 | THE BIGGEST GROWTH DRIVERS
γ
€
I see several potential catalysts.
γ
€
First, growing USDe adoption.
γ
€
Second, more DeFi integrations.
γ
€
Third, greater demand for sUSDe.
γ
€
Fourth, successful stablecoin partnerships.
γ
€
Fifth, recurring ENA buybacks.
γ
€
Sixth, stronger reserve fund protection.
γ
€
And seventh, increasing real protocol revenue.
γ
€
But the most important catalyst is sustainable growth that benefits the ENA token.
γ
€
14 | THE BIGGEST RISKS
γ
€
ENA faces several major challenges.
γ
€
β’ Negative funding rates.
β’ USDe losing its dollar peg.
β’ Exchange and custody failures.
β’ Hedge execution risk.
β’ Smart contract vulnerabilities.
β’ Stablecoin regulation.
β’ Future ENA supply releases.
β’ Weak token value capture.
γ
€
The biggest mistake would be treating USDe like a risk-free savings account.
γ
€
Higher yields often involve additional risks.
γ
€
15 | BULL VS BEAR
γ
€
Bull case:
β’ USDe adoption accelerates.
β’ Ethena generates sustainable revenue.
β’ Stablecoin integrations expand.
β’ Reserve management remains effective.
β’ ENA buybacks become meaningful.
β’ Token demand grows faster than circulating supply.
γ
€
Bear case:
β’ Funding rates remain weak or negative.
β’ USDe faces a confidence crisis.
β’ Users withdraw liquidity.
β’ Token unlocks create selling pressure.
β’ Buybacks fail to offset supply growth.
β’ Competing stablecoins attract more capital.
γ
€
The key question is whether Ethena can turn stablecoin adoption into sustainable ENA demand.
γ
€
16 | MY VIEW

Technology: 8/10
Utility: 8/10
Adoption: 8/10
Tokenomics: 6/10

Long-Term Outlook: High-Potential Synthetic Dollar Infrastructure with Significant Financial and Token Value Capture Risks
γ
€
Ethena is one of the more interesting DeFi projects in cryptocurrency.
γ
€
I particularly like three things.
γ
€
Its USDe product.
γ
€
Its ability to generate yield from market-neutral strategies.
γ
€
And the potential for protocol revenue to support ENA buybacks.
γ
€
But I see two major challenges.
γ
€
First, Ethena must manage complex financial risks.
γ
€
Second, ENA needs stronger value capture while token supply continues entering circulation.
γ
€
For me, ENA is a bet on crypto-native dollar infrastructure.
γ
€
Not simply a bet on high stablecoin yields.
γ
€
The biggest question isn't how much USDe Ethena can issue.
γ
€
It's how much sustainable economic value that growth can create for ENA holders.
γ
€
Because stablecoins attract users.
γ
€
Financial products generate revenue.
γ
€
And token economics determine how much value reaches investors.
γ
€
That's what I'll be watching.
γ
€
Save this for your long-term crypto watchlist.
γ
€
Which DeFi token has the biggest upside over the next five years?

ethereum:0x57e114b691db790c35207b2e685d4a43181e6061 , ethereum:0x7fc66500c84a76ad7e9c93437bfc5ac33e2ddae9 , ethereum:0x9f8f72aa9304c8b593d555f12ef6589cc3a579a2 , or $CRV?

Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC on November 1, 2026. By 12:36 UTC, withdrawals had resumed for all 15 networks and assets in the initial phase. After an initial spike, withdrawal volumes have declined and are stabilising as expected, while deposit volumes have remained substantial.
Between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on November 1, we processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, resulting in a net outflow of approximately $3.64 billion. This represents 2.1% of our $171 billion in total assets under management (AUM), based on the latest available Proof of Reserves (PoR) data as of October 28, 2026. A new PoR snapshot was taken at 00:00 UTC on October 31, and zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation began. The updated report is expected to be available on our PoR website tomorrow.
Our team continues testing rigorously the remaining networks and assets. We know how important safe and reliable access to your funds is and will share details of the next phase as soon as we can. Rest assured that market conditions are stable.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.

What do you think about the 18% upside move from the 0.1700$ level?
$ENA - Importantπ¨
0.1700$ remains the main price magnet before the move toward 0.3028$
Price continues to accumulate liquidity above, so Iβm not rushing into an early entry. Iβm sticking to my plan and waiting for price to reach the 0.1700$ level.
The main targets also remain unchanged: 0.30$ 0.50$ 0.87$ and 1.52$
