🚨 $TAO | GRAYSCALE - NEW SEC FILING On October 23, 2026, Grayscale filed Amendment No. 2 to its S-1 registration statement for the Grayscale Bittensor Trust. This is more than a simple ETF rumor. Key developments: • Grayscale intends to rename the trust Grayscale Bittensor ETF upon registration effectiveness and NYSE Arca listing. • The proposed ETF would hold actual $TAO, providing traditional investors with exposure to Bittensor without directly managing tokens. • The structure involves institutional infrastructure including BitGo, Coinbase Custody, BNY Mellon and Coinbase Prime. • Staking is contemplated, subject to regulatory and operational conditions. Why does this matter? Bittensor is progressively building bridges between decentralized AI and traditional financial markets. An ETF could expand access to $TAO, attract new categories of investors and potentially create additional demand for the underlying asset. But let's be clear: this is NOT an ETF approval, and no launch date has been confirmed. The regulatory process is progressing. What happens next matters. @DCGco , could you provide more clarity on the remaining regulatory steps, the potential timeline and the conditions for enabling staking? The Bittensor community would certainly appreciate an update. Source: SEC Form S-1/A, filed October 23, 2026. #Bittensor #TAO #GTAO #ETF Source: sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…

$TAO In 2022, we had to believe in Bittensor’s potential. In 2026, we must demand proof of the value its subnets are creating.

Have you lost $TAO chasing mirages? Don't mistake stray dogs for the wolves that run with the pack. While some subnets collapse under the weight of their own promises, a handful of true leaders keep building, winning customers, and generating real revenue. The pack keeps moving forward, even when the market moves backward. Opportunities haven't disappeared from $dTAO. They've simply become harder to identify. Bittensor >> $TAO >> $dTAO $dTAO - THE MARKET IS QUIET. THE BUILDERS AREN'T. 90-day net trading flows across Bittensor subnets: −306,600 $TAO. Yet beneath the market's weakness, something interesting is happening. According to @WeAreSubConnect, estimated annualized subnet revenue has grown from $32–35M to over $50M. And some subnets are still attracting capital. SN51 Lium (@lium_io) recorded +19,650 TAO in net trading flows over 90 days, according to TaoFlows. Lium, Targon, Chutes, Engy and others are demonstrating that commercial activity doesn't stop just because market sentiment turns negative. Of course, revenue growth doesn't automatically mean token appreciation. Profitability, dilution, buybacks and performance against $TAO still matter. But this is precisely why I believe opportunities remain in $dTAO. The next winners may not be the loudest projects. They may be the ones quietly turning products into paying customers. Follow the fundamentals. Preserve your $TAO. DYOR. Sources: @taoflows_app >> taoflows.app @WeAreSubConnect Revenue Index and SubConnect's latest revenue update. >> share.sendnow.live/s/subconn…

How many $TAO do you need to become a millionaire by 2030? 🧮 With an estimated circulating supply of 15 million TAO in 2030, here are a few scenarios: • $15 billion market cap → $1,000/TAO → 1,000 TAO • $25 billion → $1,667/TAO → 600 TAO • $50 billion → $3,333/TAO → 300 TAO • $100 billion → $6,667/TAO → 150 TAO • $250 billion → $16,667/TAO → 60 TAO And what if Bittensor eventually reached a $500 billion market cap? Just 30 TAO would theoretically be enough. The real question isn't just how much TAO you hold, but what market capitalization Bittensor will be able to justify through adoption and the economic value created by its subnets. These are mathematical scenarios, not price predictions. Accumulating TAO is one thing. Having the patience to hold it until 2030 is another. 🧠 $TAO | #Bittensor

$dTAO - Are We Witnessing Natural Selection in the Market? Many investors are asking questions. And rightly so. For months, numerous stakers have watched their capital gradually melt away, despite sometimes highly attractive APYs. It's a harsh reality, but one that needs to be acknowledged. 📊 Take a look at this chart. From February 2025 through spring 2026, the proportion of $TAO allocated to subnets experienced spectacular growth. Since April, that momentum has faded. Today, only 17.63% of TAO is allocated to subnets. The market appears to have reached a plateau. Meanwhile, some subnets continue to attract capital, while many others struggle to convince investors. Are we witnessing the emergence of a Pareto effect? Could a handful of subnets eventually capture the vast majority of capital invested in dTAO? We may not be seeing an 80/20 distribution just yet, but this is certainly a trend worth watching. In my view, the market is gradually splitting into three categories: 🟢 A handful of relatively solid subnets, offering more moderate risk, although they are far from risk-free. 🟠 Around fifteen promising projects with tremendous potential, but also significant risks. 🔴 And a multitude of subnets whose ability to create real value remains to be demonstrated. APY doesn't work miracles. When an alpha token's price collapses against TAO, additional emissions are not necessarily enough to offset the losses. In some cases, investors might need to hold their positions for years, with absolutely no guarantee of recovery. And meanwhile, the broader crypto market remains challenging. Traders continue buying and selling $TAO, but $dTAO seems to be having a much harder time attracting fresh capital. Never forget the three-dimensional perspective: $ → $TAO → $dTAO Making gains in dollar terms while losing TAO is not necessarily a victory for someone whose long-term goal is to accumulate TAO. And accumulating more alpha tokens while watching their value collapse against TAO can be even more misleading. I believe the divide between subnets will continue to widen. The leaders generating real revenue, developing their products, and sustaining their growth have advantages that promises alone simply cannot replace. Eventually, valuations will need to reflect the network's underlying economic strengths more accurately. But remember: being a leader today doesn't guarantee remaining one tomorrow. We're operating in an extraordinarily complex environment, with new technologies, new economic mechanisms, and constantly changing parameters. Sometimes, it's better to accept a limited loss than to risk losing most of your capital. One of dTAO's advantages is the ability to reallocate capital toward stronger projects. This obviously doesn't guarantee that losses will be recovered, but it allows investors to avoid remaining trapped in a conviction that no longer holds up. And as for subnets promising an extraordinary future, why should anyone feel compelled to invest in them today? If they're genuinely capable of building something great, there will still be plenty of opportunities to invest once their teams deliver more proof than promises. I remain convinced of Bittensor's potential. But believing in Bittensor doesn't mean having to believe in every single subnet. The next phase of dTAO may well be the one where capital stops rewarding promises and starts rewarding results. Protect your capital. Manage your risk. Do your own research. Natural selection may only be getting started. $TAO | $dTAO | #Bittensor

🛸 BITTENSOR - SN51: WHAT IF THE REAL AREA 51 WAS ON BITTENSOR? Amid the current gloom across Bittensor subnets, while many projects are struggling to prove their worth, one seems to be moving forward like an unstoppable machine: LIUM (SN51). And its two latest announcements deserve our full attention. 👀 ⚡ Over $30 million worth of GPU hardware hosted. ⚡ 225 NVIDIA B300 GPUs, among the most powerful on the market. ⚡ 91% of available capacity already rented out, according to the team. ⚡ Potential earnings for GPU providers reaching up to $50,000 per month for a B300 node, depending on the configuration. ⚡ A market capitalization of approximately $150 million, despite particularly challenging market conditions. While some subnets are still searching for a viable business model, Lium is building infrastructure designed to meet a very real demand: computing power for artificial intelligence. And what fascinates me is that we're talking about a project built on Bittensor. Of course, these figures reported by the team deserve to be monitored and independently verified. Potential earnings for GPU providers don't necessarily represent Lium's net revenue. But one thing is clear: in an ecosystem full of promises, real-world usage metrics are becoming increasingly valuable. Natural selection is accelerating. Capital will likely become more selective, and genuine builders could emerge as the biggest winners. SN51, Area 51... Just a coincidence? 👽 I don't know what they're hiding in those hangars, but apparently, it's not just aliens. There are GPUs in there too! 😂 Lium is definitely a project worth keeping a close eye on. @lium_io | $TAO | #Bittensor

Humanity is the parasite. We are capable of creating beautiful things, but human nature ensures that every technology will eventually be used to harm our fellow human beings.
Perhaps the threat was never a rogue AI agent trying to subvert humans—but humans using AI to hurt other humans.

$BTC 📌 🧪 Turning mercury into gold: could science one day challenge the scarcity of this precious metal? Marathon Fusion claims to have reached a new milestone in the nuclear transmutation of mercury into gold. But how is this possible? It all comes down to the structure of atoms: ⚛️ Mercury (Hg): 80 protons ⬇️ A nuclear reaction that changes the atomic nucleus. ⚛️ Gold (Au): 79 protons To transform mercury into gold, you therefore need to turn an element with 80 protons into one with just 79. An ordinary chemical reaction cannot achieve this transformation. Only an appropriate nuclear reaction can. In the proposed process, mercury-198 can be converted into mercury-197 through neutron irradiation. Mercury-197 then decays into stable gold-197. This isn't alchemy. It's nuclear physics. However, producing a tiny amount of gold and achieving profitable industrial-scale production are two very different challenges. The announced results still require independent verification. But this potential breakthrough raises a fascinating question. Gold is scarce, but its supply is not mathematically capped. New mining discoveries and technological advances can increase the amount available. And this is where the comparison with Bitcoin becomes particularly interesting. ₿ Bitcoin is often described as digital gold, with its issuance capped at approximately 21 million BTC under the rules of its protocol. Its scarcity depends neither on mineral reserves nor on a potential scientific revolution. It relies on verifiable monetary rules maintained by network consensus. Gold derives its scarcity from nature. Bitcoin derives its scarcity from consensus. Two forms of scarcity. Two fundamentally different mechanisms. And one question for the future: If we eventually manage to produce gold on an industrial scale, how much value will we place on scarcity defined by mathematics rather than by the limits of nature? 🔬₿
BREAKING: A fusion startup says it has turned mercury into gold, producing 10 times more than CERN's previous record. Marathon Fusion says it achieved this using nuclear fusion. For now, the amounts are tiny. But gold's price depends on it being rare, so anything that makes gold easier to produce is worth watching.

🚨ALARMING: Major U.S. banks are detecting UNAUTHORIZED AI agents accessing customer accounts, with some reportedly taking actions beyond users' instructions, per Axios. Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Bank of America and Citi are restricting third-party AI access as security concerns grow. The biggest risks: - AI agents could make purchases or move funds without clear user authorization. - Banks are struggling to distinguish human activity from AI agents acting independently. - Some AI agents have reportedly contacted bank call centers on customers' behalf. Banks are now moving toward READ-ONLY access, allowing AI to view financial information without making transactions. The growing concern is that AI agents are advancing FASTER than banks can secure their systems.

Are you ready for $TAO at $500? Of course, the majority isn't ready. And that's precisely what makes this market so fascinating. It's when fear takes over, when doubt spreads, and when conviction fades that the biggest green candles are often born. The same pattern, over and over again. When everyone is euphoric, caution is forgotten. When fear dominates, opportunities are overlooked. I've been following Bittensor since 2022, and my conviction isn't built on a few green candles. The fundamentals are evolving, the infrastructure is expanding, and the best chapters of Bittensor's story may still be ahead of us. $500? We'll see. But one thing is certain: the market rarely waits until everyone feels ready.
Are you ready for the $TAO moonshot towards $500?

Traditional finance continues to build bridges to the crypto ecosystem. Grayscale now allows investors to contribute certain cryptocurrencies directly in exchange for shares in its investment products, without necessarily having to convert them into dollars first. Ten digital assets are already eligible. This isn't necessarily an immediate bullish catalyst, but it's another major step toward integrating digital assets into traditional financial markets. Infrastructure is expanding, barriers are coming down, and new channels are gradually opening up for institutional investors. And what about $TAO and Bittensor? TAO isn't on the list yet, but I'm convinced its accessibility will continue to improve. Building bridges to global liquidity is just as important as building revolutionary technology. Adoption doesn't happen by decree. It's built, one piece of infrastructure at a time. The best is yet to come. 🌍
Introducing in-kind investing at Grayscale: contribute eligible digital assets directly in exchange for shares of a Grayscale product. Benefits for investors include: - Reduced burden of self-custody - Potentially lower execution costs - Incorporation into conventional portfolio management In-kind is now available for 10 Grayscale products: - Grayscale Avalanche Staking ETF ($GAVA) - Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ETF ($BTC) - Grayscale Chainlink Trust ETF ($GLNK) - Grayscale Ethereum Staking Mini ETF ($ETH) - Grayscale Dogecoin Trust ETF ($GDOG) - Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF ($HYPG) - Grayscale Solana Staking ETF ($GSOL) - Grayscale Sui Staking ETF ($GSUI) - Grayscale XRP Trust ETF ($GXRP) - The Zcash ETF ($ZCSH) Learn more about in-kind: grayscale.com/campaign/in-ki…

Bittensor >> Clarity is Alpha 🔎 Nothing seems to escape the watchful eyes of the Tensia team! If you hold Alpha from SN16 or SN47, take the time to read this investigation and assess your exposure. Don't be among the last to discover the risks. Other legitimate projects, led by genuine builders, clearly deserve more attention and capital. Natural selection is accelerating on Bittensor. No, this isn't another drama. It's a warning, backed by on-chain data that anyone can verify. Good projects deserve to be in the spotlight. As for bad actors, their practices must be publicly exposed, with evidence to back it up. Transparency should reward those who build and make life harder for those who merely extract value from the network. Do whatever you want with this information. Do your own research and make informed decisions. Thank you to @TensiaFDN team for this investigative work and these valuable insights. 👏 The network is becoming more transparent. And this is just the beginning. 🍿
