People here constantly confuse attractiveness with health/fitness. Attractive people can still look pretty good even when they're overweight. The lady in the video would probably fall into the class I obese category on a BMI scale, but she still manages to pull it off because the large amount of fat she's carrying is mostly distributed across her lower body, leaving her with a relatively thinner waist.
