A small study and ultimately negative, but important to see these data in PTCL (especially translational components) published! My take-home is that ctDNA is a promising adjunct to tissue diagnosis.

Congratulations to Dr Angelillp, @tcalimeri & co-authors on this extremely granular data of n=28 SCNSL patients treated with CAR-T, with impressive per-protocol 2y PFS of 66% in the infused (n=24) population. sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

Thanks to @Capt__Kirkwood for highlighting this study of accelerated step-up glofitamab including n=19 patients with CNSL (10 PCNSL, 9 SCNSL). No rates of Gr3+ ICANS seen, different from previous retrospective data where ICANS has been a concern... doi.org/10.1002/hon.70270

Meta-analysis of 16 studies of allo v auto SCT for ENKTL: - PFS and OS higher for auto - Response rate higher for allo, but increased TRM - Lots of heterogeneity between studies, except for OS estimates post auto (I² 0.1 in this group) & RR post allo

Although the approval rate from phase 1 trials in lymphoma is only 6.1%, heartening to see 8/45 approvals were in T-cell NHL from 2000 to 2019 - proportionate to its ~15% incidence ashpublications.org/bloodadv…

Congratulations to the authors of the ph3 'MATRix'/IELSG43 trial - the largest randomised trial in PCNSL to date - definitively demonstrating the benefit of thiotepa-ASCT over non-myeloablative chemotherapy post MATRix induction, including a OS benefit. thelancet.com/journals/lance…
