You’re out to lunch, central banks manufactured this inflation by pumping out money and dropping rates to zero. Enjoy losing your buying power and thinking these rate hikes actually do anything. Most RE investors will pass down the extra cost of borrowing to the tenants

Contrary to what many think, the richer someone is, the fewer kids they have. I am a rare exception. Most people I know have zero or one kid.
