Oma London. 1 MICHELIN STAR. Located inside Borough Market. Can we start with the hummus and bread? Phenomenal. This was after we ate various foods at the market, such as the paella and oysters. The ceviche was acidic, light, and the sauce balanced the dish beautifully. The tartare melted in your mouth, and the chives on top added a phenomenal touch. Squid on skewers was a first for me. I was nervous that it would be chewy and not appetizing, but I was completely wrong. Smoky, light, soft, and elegant it melted in my mouth. This bone marrow orzo was to die for. Buttery, creamy, smooth, everyone was getting a little full at this time, but no, we had to keep going. The total bill was around $200 USD for my mom, my sister, and I. NOT BAD....

This is what we call culture. A beautiful Saturday morning at around 11:00 am. People were screaming, shouting, chanting, this is what it's all about. BOROUGH MARKET for you guys.
